ACCOMMODATION:
Newly decorated, the flat enjoys wooden flooring through out, open plan kitchen into living room, large windows and plenty of sun light. It is located on the second floor of a grand Victorian house in a quiet tree-lined residential street with no through traffic. The flat has one double bedroom with large bed, with one large convertible Chesterfield sofa bed in the living room and a luxurious en-suite shower room. We also provide a single mattress for guests.
Concerts, museums, tennis, swimming and horse riding are available. You can also find deer and other animal enclosures with a wonderful variety of birds, including flamingos..

Hampstead is an area of London, England, located 4 miles (6.4 km) northwest of Charring Cross. It is part of the London Borough of Camden. It is situated within Inner London. It is known for its intellectual, artistic, musical and literary associations and for the large and hilly parkland Hampstead Heath. It is also home to some of the most expensive housing in the London area, or indeed anywhere in the world, with large houses regularly listed for sale at over twenty million pounds. The village of Hampstead has more millionaires within its boundaries than any other area of Britain.
Kings Cross International Station is a 20 minute cab ride away...
CONCERTS
Every year there are fabulous open air concerts at Kenwood House, which is moments from the flat.
Kenwood House and Estate was left to the nation by Edward Cecil Guinness, first Earl of Iveagh in 1927. Situated on the northern edge of Hampstead Heath, Kenwood has provided an idyllic retreat from inner city life for many generations of Londoners.
The house is a fine example of an 18th century stately home, and contains many masterpieces by world renowned painters.
PARLIAMENT HILL
The top of Parliament Hill has panoramic views over the whole London, is a short walk from the bars, restaurants and shops of South End Green, Hampstead High Street, Highgate, Belsize Park, the Famous Camden Lock and its new Round House Mulit story entertainment Mecca and the museums and coffee shops at Kenwood House.
Travel: Approximately 3 minutes from the amenities of south end green which includes a large super market, a bus terminus and "Hampstead Heath" over ground train station with links to Central London and the city or a 10-15 minute walk away from "Hampstead" tube station.
HISTORY & AND ENTERTAINMENT
PARLIAMENT HILL
Golders Hill Park near West Heath, has a walled garden and pond plus small enclosures for horses, deer, goats and birds. Children's activities are organized here and in the summer there is live music, including band concerts. Access is through North End Road, London NW11, Underground station: Golders Green.
One explanation for Parliament Hill's unusual name is that Guy Fawkes's fellow plotters may have gathered here on 5 November 1605 to hopefully watch the Houses of Parliament blow up. A more probable explanation is the hill being a gun emplacement for the Parliamentarian troops during the Civil War, 40 years later. Today Parliament Hill is a popular spot for flying kites and for sailing model boats. Band concerts are held here on Sunday afternoons in the summer.
HAMPSTEAD HEATH
Lying four miles from the centre of London, Hampstead Heath is one of the capital's most popular green spaces. The rolling, semi-landscaped Heath divides the hilltop villages of Hampstead and Highgate.
Hampstead Heath has a variety of landscapes: heathland, meadows, hills, ponds and lakes. In the 791 acres you can stroll, take a guided walk, jog, sunbathe, picnic, fish, play football, tennis or bowls and swim in one of the ponds or Parliament Hill Lido.
Other facilities include an adventure playground, play equipment and activities for under-fives.
In the summer there are shows for children with clowns, puppets and magicians. Funfairs are held at the upper and lower ends of the Heath on the Easter, May and August bank holiday.
