"Surf's Up East" twin, to "Surf's Up West" is a beautiful two bedroom, two bath townhouse.
Decorated in bright tropical decor, this spacious town home is a perfect spot for a wonderful visit to "The world's most beautiful beach".
This lovely two story town home has a Key West feel. The soft yellow exterior is accented by beautiful white storm shutters on the front and a broad, deep balcony overlooks the courtyard and pool on the back. watch the sun go down over the brilliant Gulf of Mexico as you enjoy dinner on the balcony.
You might prefer to relax on the cool balcony after sunning and swimming in the beautiful private swimming pool.
Enjoy the privacy and serenity of "Surf's Up East" but don't forget, brilliant white sand and crystal clear Gulf waters are just across the street. After all, that is the main attraction!
The twin town homes can be rented separately, together or for larger groups, (over 25 of course)they may be reserved along with "Surf's Up South" a large beach house situated right across the courtyard on the other side of the pool.
The two story townhouse is decorated in vibrant, tropical colors. Convenience is accentuated by stepping directly from the covered parking into the foyer. Once inside, you are greeted by color! Downstairs you will find a comfortable, spacious bedroom with adjoining private bath.
The bedroom is furnished with a full/queen bed, dresser, night stands, chair and television.
The rest of your home away from home is upstairs. The large living room, dining room combination is furnished with queen size sleeper sofa, love seat, casual chairs, entertainment center with television and DVD player, a beautiful glass and white wicker dining table with six chairs, and breakfast bar with matching bar stools.
One wall is completely glass including a sliding glass door which provides access to the large balcony. The balcony is furnished for relaxation and alfresco dining. Enjoy a grilled filet or steak.
The kitchen is completely furnished and stocked with everything you need to prepare meals for your family. Winn Dixie and Publix Grocery Stores are within 2 miles of "Surf's Up East".
A smaller grocery is actually within walking distance. A washer and dryer enhances the convenience.
The master bedroom, also decorated in exciting tropical colors, is furnished with a queen size bed, chair, bedside tables, entertainment center with television, a window for natural light and a full bath.
