Our unit is located on the 7th floor at Regency Towers...OCEAN FRONT
This is a great family oriented complex with 24-hour security - close to St Andrews State Park. It is a two bedroom, two full bath unit with everything you need to have a relaxing stay at the beach. Sleeping accomodations include a king size bed in the master bedroom, two double beds in the 2nd bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the den. This is a newly purchased, newly decorated unit, with access to the patio from the master bedroom as well as the living room.
Just sit back and relax with you coffee in the morning, and watch the unbelievable sunsets in the evening from the ocean front patio! Everything you need is there including a well stocked kitchen;a new 37 inch flat screen TV with DVD and VCR player in the den, as well as TV's in both bedrooms. The complex offers 2 olympic-size pools (1 seasonably heated), kiddie pool, bar-b-cue grill, swings, picnic area, sun deck, 2 hot tubs (just upgraded), sauna and showers, game room, billard room with two full-size pool table, lighted tennis courts,poolside snack bar, and state-of-the-art fitness center. The location is fabulus - great restaurants(walk to Schooners),and several golf courses within a short drive. Parking is free, and RV and boat parking available. This is a pet free complex, no smoking condo.
