This 7th floor ocean front condo is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. This is a two bedroom, two full bath unit with everything you need to have a relaxing vacation at the beach. Sleeping accomodations include a king size bed in the master bedroom, two double beds in the 2nd bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The ocean front unit has many upgrades including new tile throughout, even on the patio, and access to the patio from the master bedroom as well as the living room. The most current upgrade includes new patio doors and windows, installed January, 2012. ALSO!!!! We HAVE JUST RENTED TWO BEACH CHAIRS AND UMBRELLA BEACH SERVICE FOR YOUR ENTIRE STAY AT OUR CONDO FOR ANY WEEK BEGINNING MARCH - OCTOBER 31. This is an amenity that we hope will give your vacation at our condo a new level of enjoymen!!!.

Just sit back and relax with your morning coffee while you look at the gulf; then watch the awesome sunsets in the evening from the ocean front patio! Everything you need is there including a well stocked kitchen;a new 37 inch flat screen TV with DVD in the living area, as well as TV's in both bedrooms, both flat screen, one with a built in DVD. The unit is equiped with washer and dryer, free wireless internet, and local phone service. Beginning paper products and linnens are furnished.
Regency Towers is a great family oriented complex with 24-hour gated security. The complex offers 2 olympic-size pools (one seasonably heated), kiddie pool, bar-b-cue grills, swings, picnic area, sun deck, gorgeous hot tub (just upgraded), sauna, TV game room, billard room with two full-size pool tables, lighted tennis courts, poolside snack bar, and state-of-the-art fitness center. The location is fabulous - great restaurants (walk to Schooners),and several golf courses and shopping within a short drive.
Parking is free and, and RV and boat parking is available. This is a pet free complex, and no smoking condo. DON'T FORGET TO BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS.
Renters must be 23 years of age. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Check in is 4 PM, and check out is 10 AM. $200 deposit holds the rental, and is applied to the balance which is due two weeks before your arrival.
