Coastal Living condo in New Smyrna Beach. 16 unit complex that is located right on the beach. 2nd floor unit completely remodeled in 2007. Nicest unit in the complex. Very relaxed atmosphere with fantastic pool and beach. All you have to do is drop the bags and you are at the beach. 3 Miles from world famous JBS restaurant and 1 mile from downtown New Smyrna Bars and Restaurants. Plenty of parking and room for boat or bike trailers. We haven't had a disappointed renter/relative yet. Great affordable spot to unwind!
Unit has again been completely updated and is in perfect condition. Master has Queen Bed with Flat Panel TV and extra large walk in closet and extra large master bath. 2nd Bedroom has full bed with a bunk room adjacent to it with two twin beds which both share a great updated bathroom. There is also a sleeper sofa in the den along with a fireplace (rarity for any condo on the beach). Extra large wrap around balcony for incredible ocean viewing.
Condo is always extra clean for you to enjoy the minute you walk in!
