Living room and kitchen with table for 4, TV, sofa, comfortable chairs and sunny views of the front. 2 BR, 2 BA. Master BR with Queen Bed, TV/VCR. 2nd bedroom has 2 twins. Kitchen with new appliances, fully equipped for a feast. Also includes washer/dryer and full bath. Large rear family room with wood floors, propane fireplace, new bath w/shower, french doors leading to nice yard for cookouts. Sit on the front deck and watch the kids ride their bikes, chat with the neighbors. Street dead-ends at canal for boating, crabbing and fishing-no through traffic.
Rental includes Bethany Beach Parking Permits so you can avoid those nasty parking meters-only available with property within the town limits. Around-town shuttlebus runs every 1/2 hour from end of street June, July and August.
Less than a mile from beautiful guarded ocean beaches. Walk, bike, drive or shuttle to enjoy all the summer entertainment Bethany has to offer including free outdoor concerts, aerobics, and live children's shows on the boardwalk. Close to everything. Minutes to nightlife and amusement parks of Ocean City, MD and tax-free outlet shopping in Rehobeth, DE.
