Year Purchased: 2002
My husband, Steve, and I have been married for 26 years and have 3 children. We consider ourselves to be avid boaters, fishermen & divers and enjoy renovating older Mako hulls. We live on Anna Maria Island, just 6 hours away, and are high end home builders. We spend most of our vacation time at the keys in the summertime but also try to take advantage of long weekends when we aren't driving our kids to their sports activities.
Why the Owner Chose Little Torch Key
Steve and I have been visiting the keys for over 25 years and finally had an opportunity to purchase this home. We consider the lower keys, particularly this area, as having the best fishing and diving around. We love the neighborhood and it is convenient to many restaurants, shopping, and the marina.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The fishing is wonderful. We also enjoy lobstering and spearfishing and it has been so memorable experiencing all of these activities with our children.
