This exclusive and restructured apartment is located in Corso Garibaldi (the main street of Reggio Calabria) exactly in front of the Theater “Francesco Cilea”. The flat is also only 70 meters far from the beach and few steps away from the National Museum (where you can observe the extraordinary “Bronzi di Riace”), the Cathedral, the Castle and all the main attractions of the city. Walking 20 meters from your place you will enjoy the famous promenade or Reggio who is called “the most beautiful kilometer of all Italy”.

  • My husband and I spent 5 nights in the apartment in September, and it was just lovely. The apartment was so comfortable, and exactly as described. The location in Reggio is terrific. Paolo was away when we were there, but his parents could not have been of more help to us -- starting with walking us around the neighborhood and orienting us to where we were, coming with us to get tickets (and recommending the seats we should get) for Teatro “Arena dello Stretto” (which was absolutely stunning!), providing us with excellent restaurant recommendations and information about the market (which we loved -- one of the best we've found in Italy!). We could not have imagined a better stay!!

  • We've just returned to Brooklyn, NY but our hearts are still in Calabria. Paolo's apartment is conveniently located near the beaches, shops and promenades of Reggio and is close to beaches on both the Ionic and Tyrhennian seas. Rent a car and experience both, you will not be disappointed. Paolo is the perfect proprietor, he is generous and helpful and will ease your transition to Reggio. We had a wonderful trip and highly recommend your stay here.

  • We just returned from a wonderful trip to Sicily and Calabria at our stay at Paolo's "the flat" was one of the best experience of our trip. The location is absolutely great, only a few steps from the beach and in the city centre. Excellent restaurants, markets, cafes and "gelaterie" are just in front. Reggio is wonderful, we stayed only 4 days in mid june but we will definitely return as we found so many highlights. The area is very safe and quiet at night and full of activity with tourists and shoppers during the day. Apartment is very clean, comfortable and convenient. The owner Paolo is very nice, kind and helpful in reccomending a few restaurants for us to have a great meal our first night and arranging a car to pick us up at the airport. We will absolutely stay here again when visiting Reggio!

  • We just got back from a glorious week in Reggio, Calabria. The weather was perfect. We would recommend this place to everyone - the location is awesome. We loved being so close to the beach, and walked by the water and sunbathed/relaxed there every day. The apartment is in a perfect location, very comfortable, clean and well decorated. It was really cool to get up in the morning and bring a cup of coffee out on the balcony, feel the warmth of the sun and hear the city come to life. I love to cook and did so every evening we were there in the well-equipped kitchen. We found the website to be absolutely accurate and helpful and we were extremely pleased with the overall quality and completeness of the apartment. Also, compared to apartment choices, it is very well priced. We were extremely pleased with our experience and we can't say enough wonderful things about it!
