A beautifully landscaped, fenced yard provides privacy and security for family play time, barbecues, time with friends, or simple outdoor enjoyment.
Catering to families, our 2026 square foot home home offers a quiet environment, convenient location, easy ocean and bay access, and offers six parking spots, all steps from restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and services. You can park the car and not use it for the whole vacation!
If you want to venture further out, there are endless amusement and activity options for the whole family: Sea World (5 min drive), The San Diego Zoo, Downtown San Diego, Del Mar, Legoland, Carlsbad and various golf courses (10-35 min drive); Temecula wine country (1 hr drive). A must see nearby is Belmont Park with its historic Roller Coaster, The Wave (simulated surfing),The Plunge(an indoor pool), and its unique shops.
This is a private home in a quiet neighborhood which we make available as a vacation rental. We request that guests respect neighbors and observe quiet hours from 8pm to 9am.

Our family spent a week here in August. We had absolutely everything we needed and more from sunscreen, beach towels and trunks to every spice and appliance imaginable in the kitchen. After a day at the beach we came home showered off in the outdoor shower and hopped in the hot tub every day. We grilled out back everynight. It gorgeous! The owner was very accomadating. We definately go back again. Our kids loved the little room upstairs. It was like their own little house.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Great clean and well maintained house. Great little yard, Outdoor shower was great(no sand in the house in 7 days :)), and jacuzzi was nice. PARKING was KEY!! IT was so nice to tour around Pacific Beach and San Diego at all hours and not have to worry if we would find a spot to park when we got home. 4 cars fit fine. We had 2 families of 4 and my parents. We had PLENTY of room to spread out and enjoy each others company or be alone. Our 8 and 5 year old stayed in the little kid alcove off the upstairs bedroom. They loved it. Even though the bunk bed room can sleep 5, there was still plenty of room to move around and a large closet to hide the clothes and our suitcases. I would have liked a better mattress on the bottom bunk double bed , but kids wouldn't mind it. We made family meals each day and enjoyed the BBQ. There was plenty of room to eat together. The location was perfect.. Far enough off Mission Blvd to be quiet, but close enough to cross the street and be at the beach and only a short walk to be at the Bay. Close to tons of restaurants, shopping, crystal pier, and nightlife. Will visit again.
