The Condo grounds are beautifully landscaped and are among the finest maintained in the area. There is also a beauty salon and full service restaurant located on the grounds.
The luxurious condo unit features 2 double beds, large walk in closet, individual dressers, and bathroom with combination tub and shower. There is also a full size sofa hide-a-bed in the living room area. The living room and bed room area has burber carpeting, and the kitchen and bath floors have recently been tiled.
