The condo has magnificent views of the Tetons out of the over-sized living room windows, and is located only 4 miles from Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and 7 miles from the town of Jackson. The condo has a deck with a gas grill off of the living area, as well as a small deck off of the second bedroom. The recent renovations include brand new furniture throughout, new paint, a 47” flat screen TV and DVD player in the living room and a flat screen TV in the master bedroom, as well as new flooring throughout, window coverings and new appliances. High speed cable internet, wireless access and phone, with free local and long distance calling, are also included. The kitchen is fully equipped and a washer and dryer are provided. Both the master bedroom and the second bedroom have luxurious queen size beds with high quality linens. Off of the master bedroom is a bonus room with a queen size sofa sleeper and the living room is equipped with a queen sized sofa sleeper.
Within Walking Distance of the Condo: Within walking distance from the condo are a grocery store, a local coffee shop, a cleaners, a yoga studio, several restaurants and a couple of banks including a Wells Fargo branch. Shuttle service to the ski resort is just outside the door!
The Jackson Hole Area: Jackson Hole is a year round resort area. In winter, you can snowboard, downhill and cross-country ski, snowshoe, and snowmobile, as well as view the magnificent elk that come down to a refuge outside of Jackson for the winter. The skiing is some of the best in the country. In the summer the list of activities is endless. Teton National Park is 5 miles from the condo and Yellowstone National Park is just a short 60 minutes away. Horseback riding, whitewater rafting, fly-fishing, hiking, mountain climbing, and cycling are just the beginning. The weather in the summer is in the upper 70's and lower 80's during the day and in the forties at night. In the fall the weather is a perfect 70 degrees during the day and in the high 30's at night. And the fall foliage is spectacular.

Why the Owner Chose Wilson
My wife and I first visited the Jackson Hole area 6 years ago in the winter. We fell in love with it and have been back every year. We now have been in the summer and fall and each one has its own appeal. If you love the outdoors, whether it be enjoying the majestic mountains or the wildlife, or the activities available ranging from whitewater rafting to mountain climbing you can't beat Jackson Hole. Although it's a resort area, there are no pretensions and the community is welcoming of visitors. Last fall, we finally decided to take the plunge and buy a place. We spent last fall updating the place and now have the perfect place for us and you.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The condo could not be in a more perfect location. It is 14 miles from the Jackson airport, 7 miles from Jackson, 4 miles from Teton Village, the ski resort, and 5 miles from the entrance to Teton National Park. It's 60 minutes from Yellowstone and minutes away from fishing, mountain climbing, hiking, horseback riding and whitewater rafting.

My wife and I have our own public advocacy firm in Austin, Texas. We work for both non-profit and corporate clients and can't imagine working for someone else. We have the flexibility to travel whenever we get the urge. We discovered Jackson Hole 6 years ago, and while we travel around the world, we are always anxious to get back to Wyoming.
