Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
This is such an amazing house. It sits right on a beautiful beach but is very private. There are views of the ocean from almost every room. Most mornings we have breakfast in the gazebo and by afternoon we are splashing around in the pool. The house is sunny and bright from sunrise to sunset. Vero Beach is a great small town. The village on this beautiful barrier island is chic and casual with amazing shopping, art galleries, museums, theater and a wide choice of restaurants from beachy to world class. The mainland, just 5 minutes across the river has all of the conveniences you could possible want including golf, tennis, horse riding, boat rentals, ,2 new movie theatres, plus great supermarkets. Vero is like being on an exclusive tropical island with all the conveniences of home.
The Unique Benefits at this
This is not your typical rental, it is our personal home. It is tastefully and expensively decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped for any gourmet chef, which is a plus if you choose not to eat out every night in Vero's wonderful restaurants. The family room is a great for relaxing with a romantic gas fireplace and a 54" HDTV TV with DVD player. Every bedroom also has it's own TV. There is a wonderful oceanfront pool, an outdoor shower, oceanfront gazebo, extensive patios and beautifully landscaped property all in a relaxed, private and stylish atmosphere.

My husband and I have lived in Vero Beach for close to ten years. We are originally from the Northeast and we don't miss those long cold grey winters. The weather in Vero Beach is glorious year round, the beaches are pristine and we love the village which is charming, casual and chic.
