Upon entering either the flat or split-level available floorplans, you’ll enter into the living area where you’ll find the half-bathroom and fully furnished living room, dining room and kitchen on the first level. In the split-level floorplan proceed downstairs to the ground level where the two bedrooms and full bathroom are located.
This lovely vacation accommodation offers the following features and amenities:

* Two Bedrooms, one and one-half bathrooms on approximately 1,000 square feet of open floor living space. This lovely home will comfortably accommodate you and up to three of your family and/or friends.
* The master bedroom is furnished with one king-size bed, a flat panel TV, reading lamps, a clock radio with local telephone service, and wall-to-wall mirrored door closets. There is an oversized picture window with fabulous ocean and Lover’s Point Views.
* The second bedroom is furnished with one queen-size bed or a twin trundle, a flat panel TV, reading lamps, a clock radio with local telephone service, and laundry closet with washer and dryer.
* Cable television service and high speed internet access are provided throughout.
* A deck off of the living area that overlooks Lover’s Point Park and the Monterey Bay.
* The bathroom is equipped with a granite vanity with dual sinks and a shower over tub.
* The well-equipped kitchen features Maple cabinetry and granite countertops in tones of brown, rust and gold create a warm atmosphere.
* Meal preparation is easy with a multitude of both large and small appliances, including stainless steel GE Profile series 4 gas burner ranges and ovens, stainless dishwasher, stainless refrigerator, built-in microwave, quiet disposal, and ample cookware and dinner service.
Once you are completely relaxed, Lover’s Point Place is a perfect spot from which to do just about everything. Play golf at the ocean-side Pacific Grove Golf Course, affectionately known locally as a budget-minded alternative to Pebble Beach. Or choose a walk on the coastal recreation trail, just outside your front door.
The shops and restaurants of downtown Pacific Grove are just a three-block walk from Lover’s Point Place. Or for an even more varied dining experience, a longer walk or a short drive will take you to Cannery Row, Fisherman’s Wharf, downtown Monterey or to Ocean Avenue in Carmel. Pacific Grove is convenient to an amazing range of activities on the Monterey Peninsula.
Just a few minutes’ drive will have you kayaking the Monterey Bay, touring scenic 17-Mile Drive, hiking the trails to secluded beaches of Big Sur, horseback riding, deep-sea fishing and whale watching.
There are at least one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth per person plus some extras. There will be enough soap and paper products to get you started comfortably.
