  Our family stayed at Sea's the Moment the week of our daughter's UNC Wilmington's graduation and we all loved the house. The master bedroom was wonderful with a magnificent view of the ocean. Every bedroom was beautiful, each had their own bathroom and that worked out well. I enjoyed having an early breakfast with our youngest daughter on the back deck as we watched the early surfers and paddle board experts catching the morning waves. We even had a great Cinco de Mayo party for her college friends rather than a Graduation party. This started the week off and every day it just got better. The ocean was out the door and down the path. Perfect. Thank you Gloria for letting us have the Sunday to Sunday rental option for that week. With Graduation on Saturday at 1:00, it's impossible to manage a Sat. to Sat. rental when we have an 11 hour drive ahead of us._

  Five sorority sisters of mine (from the 1970s!) came to visit and we rented this unit for a long weekend. The owner could NOT have been more helpful and we all fell in love with the cottage. The weather was definitely on the chilly side, but that's what you get in Mid-March, and everything else was perfect. The accommodations are excellent for a reunion of friends or family. I definitely recommend this property and hope to be able to stay there again!

  I really feel that we lucked-up by stumbling on this Wrightsville Beach gem! The pictures really do not capture how beautiful everything is, both inside and out. I booked the unit while in town for a USTA tennis tournament with 3 of my teammates. Gloria was so wonderful to work with, and went out of her way to accomodate us. The house is so nicely decorated and stocked with everything we needed, we immediately felt at home, and comfortable. The views and location were perfect in every way! I highly recommend this property and will plan on returning! So glad I found this gem, and feel like I made a new friend in the process!

  I stayed at Seas the Moment this past weekend for a long weekend at the beach while visiting my daughter at UNCW. We absolutely loved this Ocean Front home! I have stayed at several different homes in Wrightsville Beach and Seas the Moment is our favorite. The photos do not capture the beautiful upscale decor, personal touches and fabulous ocean views - it's just not possible. My daughter exclaimed that "this is Heaven" while eating breakfast on the front deck. We even extended our stay an additional day. We didn't want to leave:) We discovered Tidal Creek Coop on Oleander Drive, near campus. What a find! Their bakery, with tons of gluten free fresh baked goods, was fabulous! All organic and local foods and produce, with lots of gluten free foods. We also really enjoyed our dinner at The George in Wilmingon on the Riverfront, which Gloria recommended. And we also really enjoyed a Sunset Cruise with Captain Joe. Gloria was really great to work with and so helpful with ideas of places to eat and things to do. We will be back!

  My family had a wonderful stay at Seas the Moment. The house is beautiful and the view from the confortable chairs in the master bedroom is to die for! We could hear the ocean and had a great time on the beach. There are many great restaurants in the area. You could walk miles in either direction on the beach. We hope to come back again!! Gloria is great to work with.

  Location and property are awesome. Honestly the only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars were the pots and pans mentioned in previous review. That is minor really because there are so many terrific Restaurants in the area. Overall, the vacation was amazing, along with the clear,warm ocean just steps away from Seas the Moment. I would definitely recommend this property.

  This was just that for my family this summer! We Seas'd the Moment of this beach house already being familiar with the beach and nearby Wilmington. The house had everything to offer, ease access to the beach, quiet area, beautiful rooms, a visitor's parking spot, plenty of bathrooms and a small outdoor deck for sitting or sunbathing. And the property was well-maintained as we saw the care taker a few times, not for problems but for updates to the house. It was very welcomed to know someone was nearby and helpful should anything arise. Be sure to check out the Trolley Stop and Kohl's nearby for a good treat!

  Gloria was quick to have the A/C fixed within an hour after our arrival and was a pleasure to work worth. I was, however, disappointed with some things about this condo. I believe some of the skillets in the kitchen needed to be thrown out and replaced. Also, the surf school set up at the end of Mallard every a.m. -- waking me up very early while trying to sleep in. This caused major traffic in and out of Mallard beginning at a very early hour. Overall, Gloria was a pleasure to work with and found the condo to be clean and neat.

  We had a really relaxing and wonderful time at this townhome. It's exactly as described and Gloria was a pleasure to work with. It's in close proximity to The Loop which we jogged or walked everyday and it's a short walk to the Sunspree for dinner or a short drive to other restaurants in Wrightsville. We'll definitely be back!

  We stayed in this townhouse for Easter week, April 2011. It was everything Gloria promised and more. The home was lovely, comfortable and literally steps from the gorgeous beach. Coming from Long Island and some of the most beautiful beaches on the east coast, this says a lot. We especially loved sitting on the deck in the morning watching the dolphins! The location was great, convenient to everything : Beach, restaurants, Downtown Wilmington, UNC. Gloria was great to deal with and helpful in every way. We definitely recommend this town home for your family vacation and hope to return ourselves someday. Thanks Gloria
