Hi, I am Gloria Gunther, owner of 'Seas the Moment' (10B Mallard St., Wrightsville Beach)! I purchased the townhouse in 1995 to have as a "get-away" from work and life's everyday stresses. Perfect for the working professional or the person who just loves the beach & ocean & wants to relax and enjoy all that Wrightsville Beach & the Wilmington area have to offer. As I have always said, "when I cross that bridge I feel like I've arrived". I hope you'll enjoy Seas the Moment as much as I have over the years-
Why the Owner Chose Wrightsville Beach
I am a North Carolinian and I think Wrightsville Beach is the best beach in North Carolina. The area has lots of amenities, including wonderful restaurants, wide, sandy & clean beaches, Johnny Mercers Pier, side walks for biking and walking on the island, Life Guard stand & beach access in front of townhouse & more!
The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
"Seas the Moment" (10B Mallard Street) is on a street with less traffic, has a Life Guard stand and beach access steps from the townhouse. With only 6 units in the entire Club Colony complex, it has a private drive to the complex (the public is disallowed) and reserved parking for residents & guests. It feels more like a home than a townhouse. Being professionally decorated it is beautiful yet very comfortable, with all hardwood floors and designer tile (clean & low allergen). Kitchen & bathrooms have granite countertops & the Master suite is on the top floor for panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean & Wrightsville Beach Island. There are two (2) large screen TV's in the unit & the living room faces the ocean with a deck for outdoor dining or sunning. Other amenities include an outdoor shower, charcoal grill, washer/dryer room, covered parking & a fishing pier a short walk away (Johnny Mercers Pier).

We stayed in this townhouse for Easter week, April 2011. It was everything Gloria promised and more. The home was lovely, comfortable and literally steps from the gorgeous beach. Coming from Long Island and some of the most beautiful beaches on the east coast, this says a lot. We especially loved sitting on the deck in the morning watching the dolphins! The location was great, convenient to everything : Beach, restaurants, Downtown Wilmington, UNC. Gloria was great to deal with and helpful in every way. We definitely recommend this town home for your family vacation and hope to return ourselves someday. Thanks Gloria

I spent a week at Seas the Moment during a tropical storm yet had a great time with family and friends. It was a celebration of my 50th birthday partially with family and partially with friends, it was absolutely great for both kids and friends. It is a lovely home well laid out for getting time away if you want to yourself and great areas to commune as well. Incredible location right next to the ocean and right down from Johnnie Mercer's pier. Wrightsville Beach is absolutely amazing, I would recommend Gloria's beautiful and clean home to anyone! She is great to work with on planning your dream vacation!

We had a wonderful time at Seas the Moment earlier this summer. The location couldn’t be any better, just a few steps away from the beach. Gloria was very thorough with everything to ensure that we have a great time, from buying new pillows before we arrived to making excellent recommendations on where to dine in the area. We will definitely be back!

Our family was fortunate enough to stay here over the July 4th holiday. The location of this property is fantastic! Literally steps away from the sand, which is great when you have two small children. The rooms were all nicely appointed and clean. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful spot to vacation. It sits several blocks away from Johnny Mercer's pier with very little public parking availability anywhere near. This made the area of beach near the home less crowded and more enjoyable. Thanks Gloria!
