Master Suite Highlights:

A large walk-in closet, full size bathroom, and privacy door provide flexibility to create a second master suite or opens to accommodate guests who may be staying on the sleeper sofa. The bathroom features a jetted tub/shower combination with the latest rain shower features and extra large vanity with more than enough space.
Kitchen Highlights:
The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare a full meal or specialty drinks for happy hour. An electric stove and oven along with a built-in microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and food processor meet all your needs. The side by side refrigerator is equipped with filtered water and icemaker. The Chris & Chris Chef Prep Station is perfect for those who like to cook. The condo was very nice, comfortable and roomy. Everything you could want was available. We had a great time enjoying the pool, beach and tennis courts. It's a beautiful area.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Despite the windy, cold weather we had for our Spring Break, we had a wonderful time on HHI and staying in this unit. The unit was clean had everything we needed during our stay (including extra sand toys!) and was true to the descriptions provided. We loved being able to quickly run back up to the condo from the pool or the beach. The bedrooms are quite large and are in separate "wings" with the living room and kitchen in between, which was great to separate the kids (early risers) from the parents (late to bed). The balcony looking out at the beach was a favorite place to enjoy a cup of copy before starting the day. Our only "complaint" would be that the pool was quite cold, even though it was supposedly heated. My little ones (6 and 4) couldn't stay in for more than about 15 minutes before they were just too cold. We visited a friend staying at the Barrington Arms and their pool was much warmer, so I don't think it was question of the cool temperatures outside. We rented bikes and enjoyed riding on the beach and around Palmetto Dunes. Overall, it was a great stay and we would love to come back when the sun is out and the temps are warmer to really be able to enoy the beach and pool! The owner, Karen, was also very easy to work with and we really appreciated the flexibility with check-in/check-out times!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
Owner response: Thanks Dawn! I just called our property manager, Allied Management, and they are sending out the pool service, although that doesn't help you now. As a rule, the pool is heated to 80 degrees from March 15-April 30 and from October 15-November 30th.

We loved the apartment - it was really well furnished and everything worked fine. The location was great - we loved Palmetto Dunes as an area. There were some good running routes for us - especially when it was too hot on the beach.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Our family enjoyed another wonderful stay in this villa! It was our third time renting this villa, and we hope to stay there again in the future. We loved the recent upgrades, especially the new blinds throughout the villa and the new granite kitchen countertops. The Windsor Court complex is always so clean and well maintained, and there is a great grilling area out by the pool. This villa has become like our "home away from home" and we appreciate the familiarity of all the available amenities. We even left our own sand toys at home this year and used those found in the villa...another wonderful convenience! Also, the villa owners are wonderful to work with, and we appreciate the care they provide in maintaining their villa for guests. The views from this fourth floor villa are peaceful and lovely, and we really enjoy eating meals out on the deck. We're already looking forward to the next time! Very much enjoyed our stay. Condo is decorated beautifully. View is wonderful. Very comfortable and very much appreciated the extra touches like games. My kids loved Apples to Apples! Only comment would be is that the kitchen appliances are showing some age/wear, but who cooks at the beach anyway! Thanks for sharing your place with us.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We truly enjoyed our stay in your villa. I appreciated so many of the extra amenities that you have furnished such as the travel coffee mugs, the plastic kid cups, the games, the salad spinner, and even the scales in the bathroom :-) The list could go on! We enjoyed staying in your condo. It was decorated in a fun beach theme. We enjoyed the roominess of the condo as well as all the amenities like the jazuzzi, the large tv and dvd player. We stayed at this wonderful villa from August 15th-26th/09 and enjoyed it so much we extended our visit for another few days. Absolutely hated to leave. It is beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The 50" plasma TV was great for those nights we were too tired to go out. Our Windsor Court villa (an end unit that overlooks lush sea grasses and tropical greens and views the majestic beach and Atlantic Ocean) provides the privacy we are used to in a single family home. The ocean view and smell of sea salt and sound of waves is priceless.
