Adorable old style raised Florida cottage featuring hardwood and ceramic tile floors, fully equipped kitchen, full size laundry room, lots of windows, bright and sunny interior, 3 minute walk to the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, Gulf View from every room in the house, wraparound decking, multiple patios, nice yard with butterfly garden in front of house, plenty of parking, outside fish cleaning area, outside hot and cold shower, park type charcoal grill plus poolside charcoal grill, large in ground pool, plenty of patio furniture and lounges, less than 1 mile to restaurants, shopping and The Cape St. George Lighthouse, across the street from 10 mile long bike path, 5 miles to St. George Island State Park, 12 miles to Apalachicola.
This is our personal home - not a commercial rental - and is furnished with fun and casual furnishings featuring Egyptian cotton sheets, comfy quilts and towels.
If you would love a laid back island vacation of great sunbathing, incredible sunrises and sunsets, amazing stargazing, unbelievable seafood and some of the best fishing, kayaking and bird watching in the world, this is the vacation for you!

We love the laid back lifestyle, the private pool, plus the house is cozy and charming. I sleep better when I'm here than anywhere. The neighbors are delightful and the location is to die for -less than a leisurely 3 minute walk and you are on the beach! Easy bike ride to the stores and restaurants. The sunsets from the bridge are unbeatable and if you are lucky enough to be on the island when the moon is full - well - it is magical. Plus - the stars seem close enough to touch. Can't beat it.
