The large eat-in kitchen has a bar, soapstone counters, dishwasher, convection oven, 5-burner gourmet gas stove, refrigerator w/ice maker, and quality espresso machine. The entertainment room has ping pong, shuffleboard, darts, air hockey, and wide screen TV with cable, DVD player and Wii.
A huge furnished deck covered with a pergola acts as an outdoor room with comfortable furniture, dining table, gas grill and outdoor fireplace makes it perfect for entertaining, relaxing with a good book, or enjoying the stars. The 3/4 acre backyard is great for Frisbee, Croquet, and other lawn games. Even more fun can be had with the half-court basketball court, soccer net, swing set and tree swing.
Narraganset Bay and one of the local beaches is a 2 minute stroll down the hill. The downtown area with restaurants and shops is a short 5 minute stroll. The island’s nine-hole golf course, with picturesque views of the bay, windmill hill, and neighboring farms is ½ a mile up the road. In addition, the best bakery in RI (The Village Hearth) is a few blocks away.
