Netarts is a quiet, remote part of Oregon coast, and you do need to drive into town or down the road for supplies. This is nice house for a group, good separation of space. We enjoyed cooking dinners in the spacious kitchen/dining area and well-equipped kitchen. Upstairs master bath has tub only (jetted jacuzzi), one shower downstairs and an extra powder room upstairs. It was OK unless everyone wanted to take showers in the morning. There is OK parking, on unpaved street, no yard. May not be a great place for small children to play outside, though that was not a problem for us. Also, no wifi (if you are looking for that). This is very good value, nice clean house, plenty of space for 6-8 people (with extra single bed in the hallway for a 9th person). I would stay again for sure!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with teenagers.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this very clean and comfortable home. Everything was perfect and the view is amazing! The only downside was that there is 2.5 baths in the house, but only 1 shower. We still had a wonderful time and I would recommend this vacation rental to anyone, the kitchen/dining/living area is large and open and works great for groups to enjoy.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We spent a wonderful weekend with my children and grandchildren. It was spacious, beautiful and comfortable. One morning was spent crabbing on the bay while the rest of the family watched from the comfort and warmth of the home. We cooked our meals in a well stocked kitchen. The home was sparkling clean and the beds were comfortable. Our family looks forward to returning.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This well kept home has a fabulous view. The bay in particular is fascinating as the terrain changes all day. My out of state guests were thrilled to stay in such a beautiful home with a terrific kitchen. Looking forward to returning.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 3/3

We really enjoyed our stay! A beautiful home that was very comfortable for our family which includes our two young girls ages 1 and 5, and our dog as well. My parents joined us and the house was well equipped for all of us. What a beautiful view! The owners go above and beyond, they even returned a couple items that we left behind. Thank you!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 4/4

Owner info
Year Purchased: 2000
About the owner: We always wanted to be somewhere where there was water and open skies. We were always going to Netarts crabbing and clamming with the kids and friends. One day we were driving around and as we drove down this gravel road as we got to the end the water kept getting bigger and closer. The property was for sale and we finally bought it and later built the home in the year 2000. We have never enjoyed anything more.
Why the Owner Chose Netarts:
It is the most beautiful place on earth. It has just about everything you would want to do in about 10 mile radius.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Very quiet and peaceful. The wildlife such as bald eagles, seals, pelicans deer in the yard at times. There is hiking trail, beaches, one block away you can rent boats and go crabbing, clamming and pick up treasures. There are restaurants within walking distance on the bay.
