This beautiful 2 bedroom river house with 1800 sq. ft., sits on the bank of the picturesque Tennessee River with your own deep water dock. This nature lover's, fisherman's, hiker's and photographer's paradise is the ideal place to rest and relax. The panoramic view from the living room faces the river where you can watch the sunset. From the private boat dock you can set off on a fishing adventure or sit with your favorite beverage to watch the tows and barges go by.
The master bedroom, with a king-size bed, has its own master bath. The large upstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed and a single day bed. There's also another full bath. On the deck you can enjoy a picnic at the table and chairs and the barbeque grill will add to your picnic fun as you enjoy watching the water activities on the Tennessee River. The kitchen has everything you can want or need to create a lunch or a gourmet meal.
Nearby is Perryville Marina on the Tennessee River, which rents pontoon and fishing boats. A state fishing license will be needed. The river house is located about 30 minutes from I-40. Numerous restaurants are within a 10 mile radius as is shopping for groceries, pharmacy, hardware, general merchandise and fuel. A hospital is within 10 miles. You will be charged for the number of days that you book.
