Beautiful 1-1 beachfront condo facing one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean (Luquillo, PR). It's located on the 6th floor of Playa Azul I.
One queen bed in bedroom, and two sofa beds in living room.. The complex has two swimming pools, two basketball courts, tennis and racquetball courts, and several playgrounds for children. You will enjoy immediate access to the beach, and the complex's amenities. If you love surfing, just walk a few minutes to "La Pared" beach. You can visit to the well known "kioskos" and restaurants nearby for your desired seafood or other delicious food.
One uncovered parking space inside the complex. Come here and enjoy several fun activities within a short drive: El Yunque Rainforest, ride a horse at ranches, play golf on nearby hotels, snorkeling, visit the luminescent bay in Fajardo, and also take a boat to visit Vieques or Culebra's islands. At night, you can watch some cruise ships passing by from the apartment's beachfront balcony.
