It is a 2-story house with a private master bedroom suite on the upper level. The spacious bathroom is brand new with his and her lavatories, separate toilet, separate shower, a clawfoot tub and private sunbathing deck. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom.
The family room opens unto the back patio with a view of the garden's lush foliage and fruit trees. There is an intimate outdoor dining deck off of the main dining area.

We chose this house because it was a beautiful, cozy beach cottage within walking distance of the beach, San Clemente Pier and the downtown area. The house is newly remodeled with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and all modern conveniences. The backyard has a lovely patio surrounded by fruit trees.

This property is close to the fabulous T-Street beach, famous for its great surfing and summer festivals. It is close to the charming downtown area of Del Mar Street with its unique boutiques, antique shops, restaurants and art galleries.
