during "open dates" in between reservations at discretion of owner.
Discounts may be offered for reservations of 2 weeks or more depending on time of
year. Sorry, but discounts will not offered during Holiday weeks.
3 night deposit to guarantee reservation. Must be PIF 45 days prior to arrival.
Security deposit of $300 required & Refunded within 7 days after ck out walk thru.

Why the Owner Chose Lahaina Roads
I wanted to be as close to the Ocean as possible. he Lahaina Roads has been grandfather in to the building code...no one can ever again build as close to the Ocean as we are...never again will anyone be able to built as close to the Ocean as we are...we sure got lucky when we found our little piece of paradise!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
I love to sit on my lanai or out by the pool and watching the marine life. It is spectacular! Everyday is different. Turtles tumble in the waves, manereys folich in the water, whales swim by with their new borns or they may breach! You never know what's next. The sunsets are incredible and when the moon is out you it lights up the Ocean with the moonlight sparkling on the water...I love to listen to the soothing sound of the Ocean at night... and wake up to a breathtaking view! Can't think of a better way is their to start and end each day!
