Nefeli Villas is a brand new luxurious complex built in 2007 with one thing in mind: to enhance the experience of the sun and beach in Greece and provide you with the quality time you deserve in your vacations.
Nefeli Villas are located in Skioni, which is a 90 minutes (120Km) drive from Thessaloniki airport.
The complex is located directly on the oceanfront providing a magnificent view of the seaside from each villa and access to a private sand beach, equipped with lounge chairs and sun umbrellas. There is private pier for all kind of boats available for all customers
You can enjoy the beautiful Greek sea as well as the shared swimming pool, which is well secured from children.
Our villas are very spacious (approx. 120m2) with 3 or 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 to 8 people. The villas are air-conditioned and furnished to the highest standards in order to provide you an amazing vacation experience.
In the living room there is an LCD TV with satellite receiver and a DVD player. Broadband Internet and stereo equipment with a CD player and Radio Tuner also provided
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, freezer, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine toaster and all necessary utensils for cooking. Washing machine and vacuum cleaner are provided
Linens and towels are provided in full for your comfort
Each villa has a private garden with garden furniture and even a barbeque for you to enjoy.
