Enjoy the beauty of this Lakefront setting which also provides tons of water sports. The Pool area includes a heated 6000 square foot lagoon-style swimming pool with an adult lap lane, a baby pool, hot tub. On site by the pool there are video arcades as well. A two level free covered parking area is also provided to protect your vehicle.
There is a 24 hr on-site check-in and management facility, full concierge & 4000 square feet of meeting or banquet facilities, along with plenty of FREE parking.. Due to the picturesque setting don't be surprised if you see a wedding or anniversary/birthday party going on. Our condominium is professionally decorated and sleeps up to 8. The kitchen has granite countertops throughout with spacious nine foot ceilings. The living room provides an entertainment center, queen-size sofa sleeper and a beautiful view of Lake Bryan. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be pushed together to form a full. The front of the condo has 2 bunk beds that the kids will fight over. This unique condominium provides a patio over looking Lake Bryan. Lake Bryan is a 400 acre spring-fed lake with over 900 feet of frontage providing a fabulous view for the nightly fireworks from the parks. For you early birds - wake up in the morning to a gorgeous sunrise over the lake "right from your king size bed in the master bedroom"!!!
The large kitchen provides a dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator, oven/range microwave, double sinks with a disposal, with beautiful granite countertop throughout. A full-size washer and dryer are also provided in the condo. The Master Suite provides a King-size bed, large closet, TV, DVD, with Whirlpool tub.
This resort has it all!!!. A fitness center and game room are right off the pool for your enjoyment. Starbucks is on site. Super Walmart is 2 miles down the road with a Publix market 2 miles the other way. 24hr Walgreens is directly across the street. Miniature golf is right next door with 16 golf courses in the area. It is close to Premium Outlet Mall, walking distance to several great restaurants some that have outdoor music entertainment. Why stay anywhere else!!!

We have just returned from one of our best family vacations ever. We enjoyed stay at your condo. It was a great treat for our family not to have to stay in a cramped hotel room. We came back and cooked a late lunch and relaxed a bit before heading back to the Disney Parks. The location was great to all attractions and the service and detail of the staff at the Blue Heron Beach Resort was great. Thanks for share your peace of paradise with us and we look forward to stay again.

Just a quick note saying thanks for the great time. We stayed at your place last week and thought your condo was perfect. The pools were warm, the condo was big, clean, and the outside padio was perfect for eating our dinner overlooking Lake bryan. This lake is beautiful. My one son went jetskiing and was going to go waterskiing but we ran out of time. Thank you again and next time were in Disney we will stay with you Thanks Linda

Wow!!! what a deal... I stayed in your condo in April 09 and had a great time. The amenities were clean and we could not believe the cost. We will never stay in a standered hotel room again. There were 6 of us, 4 adults and 2 kids. Not only were you close to disney but the convience of having resturants, and markets so close were great. The 4 adults went golfing and it was one of the nicest courses I've played!! Later that night we walked down the road (which is a busy street) and went to the outside music resturant.Very close. The food was great and the wine was better (haha)!!. The Kids loved the pool(me too) it was warm and the lake setting made it. One day my husband rented a boat and they all went waterskiing. my son rented a Jet ski. I would not hesitate to stay with you again. Your location in the building is high enough low enough. the 6th floor is perfect. Thank you for a great vacation
