This 3300+ square foot private luxury home was designed to take full advantage of gorgeous ocean and park views. Located one block from Shamel Park and Moonstone Beach, this Mediterranean beauty is the perfect executive retreat.
There are four over-sized bedrooms which include two master suites and two guest bedrooms; three bathrooms and one powder room. The marble entry and staircase lead to main living area which has step down living room with gas fireplace, opening out to a large ceramic tile deck; formal dining room; gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and two sink areas; casual dining/game area; family room with queen sofa bed; full master suite with king/twin electric adjustable beds and walk-in closet; laundry room, and powder room. A large ceramic tile patio is located in back off kitchen on this level. Carpeted stairs lead to upper level that has the other master suite with "Select Comfort Sleep Number" king bed and walk-in closet; two guest bedrooms with wardrobe closets and queen bed in one and King in the other; the third bath; and a writing nook. There is also two ceramic tile decks on this floor. There is a two car garage and additional parking in driveway and on street. All floors that are not covered with marble are carpeted with berber carpeting.
IMPORTANT COUNTY ORDINANCE INFORMATION:
Due to county ordinances, the minimum stay restrictions that apply to our home is five nights from late June through Labor Day. Holidays are a three night minimum with Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas being five nights.

  • We have been meeting friends in Cambria for the last several years and have stayed at a couple different houses. This home is perfect! Donna was extremely gracious in all our interactions with her and the home is beautifully appointed. The living areas in the home are great, along with a wonderful dining area and a great kitchen! The home is perfect for family gatherings or just getting together with friends.

  • Our family travelled from near and far to meet for a few days in Cambria, one of our favorite places in the USA! Again we booked Donna's home, and again we had a great time. The home is so well equipped and comfortable. We enjoy meeting together to eat meals and to gather in the large living room and on the deck. It is so easy to get to the beach from the house, to walk to the Moonstone Beach boardwalk and to town. The weather was beautiful.We shall return, Donna! We shall return!

  • We have rented in Cambria many times, and we truly enjoyed our stay in the Proctor home. Six of us (myself, my husband, my mother-in-law, my two kids, and a family friend) stayed the week of Thanksgiving 2008. The two living rooms provided the kids with their own space and they went crazy over the Wii! What a surprise that was! The house has everything you'll ever need for a luxurious and comfortable stay, and it is even set up for WiFi, which was a huge plus. Every bed is so comfortable! Better than the finest hotel! And being so close to the park, my kids walked down on their own, bogged with their baseball gear, and involved themselves in pick-up games with other kids almost every day. and I cannot go on enough about the town of Cambria. If you've never been, give it a try, and consider this home when you're looking for a house rather than a hotel/motel.

  • We recently spent a week at the Proctors' house with several family members. The home is spacious, beautiful, and very comfortable--more than we imagined. Donna has anticipated every need and provided for such. The two living rooms with TVs made it easy to spread out and relax, and the view is lovely. The location makes it easy to walk on the beach or to shop in town.

  • My wife and I, along with a brother and two of our sisters (and their spouses) stayed here for a week in September 08. The house is spotless, well decorated, roomy, and better than advertised. It was comfortable, big screen TVs, fully equipped kitchen--we had a great time and not a single disappointment.

  • We loved this beautiful home with it's fabulous location. Our extended family of 10 had plenty of room for resting,eating and playing, both indoors and out. We thoroughly enjoyed this vacation home and our time in Cambria.

  • We had a group of ten stay in this beautiful house and couldn't have had a better time. It is perfectly located and we did SO many things. We went to the beach in Avila, ate dinner in Morro Bay and Templeton, enjoyed Hearst Castle, shopped and ate in Cambria, and went to the Mid-state Fair in Paso Robles. In between it all, we relaxed and reconnected at the Cambria house. We like to call it "The Mansion"! Thanks to the Proctors for opening up their home and giving us the opportunity to enjoy it.

  • This past spring (08)we spent a long weekend in the Paso Robles wine country and stayed at Donna's beautiful home in Cambria. It was so relaxing and the climate was perfect, warm days and cool nights. Donna is extremely present and very friendly. She went out of her way to make sure all eight of us were comfortable and that we felt at home.

  • Donna, Just wanted to say thank you for opening up your home to us. We had a fabulous time and everyone was impressed with your home. Your kitchen had everything a person could want or need and great for entertaining. The bedrooms were all spacious. The location was perfect. We walked down to the beach at least twice a day, and could hear the waves crashing on the shore at night. Although we were attending a wine event in Paso Robles, we preferred staying in Cambria instead due to having beach access and the great restaurants. Thank you again!

  • Yes! This house is big and wonderful. And Yes! The location is great. And Yes! The owner is helpful, cooperative, and all-around terrific! But let me tell you about the attributes that attracted us to this house. We are four senior couples. We play bridge. We need a house with four comfortable king or queen bedrooms -- no bunks, no double beds, no sofa beds -- and at least three bathrooms so there's privacy and no waiting in line. And we need enough space so that we're not constantly running into each other, because we're in the house all the time playing bridge. This is a rare home that was perfect for us in all respects!!!
