Year Purchased: 2008
Rob and Lynne live in southern California but visit friends and family regularly in Michigan. Rob enjoys fishing, cycling, and working with the church. Lynne is a newly published author who also enjoys gardening, and stained glass. Rob and Lynne share their home with two dogs, a cat, an assortment of very large angel fish, and one VERY vocal African Grey Parrot, Amy.
Why the Owner Chose Kalkaska
Manistee is a beautiful lake with a soft sandy bottom that lends itself to swimming, great fishing, and all around family fun. We do not get to spend much time at the lake so we choose this clean comfortable two bedroom as our perfect fun and fishing get-away. We enjoy knowing that although we cannot be there as often as we would like right now, many families every year can enjoy time together at our lake.
