Welcome to Still Waters: This three story cabin was constructed summer 2006 with two levels of balconies and decks. 4 bedroom 3 1/2 baths with central heating and air conditioning with the potential to sleep up to 12 comfortably - perfect for two families traveling together. Hilltop towering over Watauga Lake with spectacular panoramic views of the Cherokee National Forest and the Watauga River Gorge – one of America’s cleanest waterways. All linens, towels, bedding, dishes and utensils provided as well as a hair dryer.

On the outside:
On the main level is a outdoor 6 person hot tub secluded on the side deck. On the lakeside front deck you have comfortable chairs and side tables along with a picnic table. The back deck overlooks rolling fields, woods, and the lake as well, with a large gas grill hardwired so you never run out of propane – sliding glass door to deck right from the kitchen.
On the inside:
The great room has 2 leather sofas, pool table, stereo CD player. Great for entertaining kids and fun for the adults. Beside the huge stone fireplace with gas logs is your television with satellite connection. The fireplace adds a cozy, romantic feel... Enjoy spectacular views from the living area as well as all bedrooms and master bedroom. Huge cabin has wood throughout, Tennessee fieldstone on mantle, beautiful hardwood floors on main level and most bedrooms.
Grilling utensils and bake ware make cooking a pleasure indoors or out. Full sized kitchen is equipped with all the appliances (dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, blender, toaster, crock pot, microwave, wine opener, can opener, 12 cup coffee maker) and laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
The master bedroom suite has a queen bed, wooden beams, large ceiling fan and wall of glass that overlooks the lake. These panoramic views are second to none.
The lower level bedroom (queen) opens up lakeside with glass sliding doors onto a large deck with the hot tub overlooking the lake.
There are two more 3rd floor bedrooms that share a bathroom. In one is a queen bed and the other is fantastic for children because it has a bunk bed as well as 2 single size beds.
For the large families with an extra teenager or two there is a futon in the loft alcove with a TV!
