Our two building fully equipped vacation rental is nestled at the back of a 6 acre property surrounded by farm land and has space to accommodate a group of 28-40 across both homes.
Conveniently located only 10 miles from the Creation Museum.
From May thru September we have a private pool available for guests. Our spacious main home has two stair cases, a deck, a second floor balcony, a massive wrap around porch and a finished garage that can seat 40 people for group meetings.

With 6 large bedrooms, 3 full and 2 half baths a huge gourmet eat-in kitchen and the wrap around porch, you’ll find this perfectly accommodating for your group.
Sleeping capacity - We have enough fixed beds to sleep 45.
Meeting Room - Our over-sized garage has been finished and carpeted into a large meeting room with enough room for 40+ adults with a full bathroom. Also ideal for children camping indoors.
Master (family) Suite has private bathroom - shower with separate tub, queen sized bed and two bunk beds (twin over full and twin over twin). Sleeps 7 in beds.
East Bedroom - Sleeps 6 in beds with two bunks: both twin over full.
Central Bedroom - Sleeps 6 in beds with two bunks: both twin over full.
West Bedroom - Sleeps 4 in beds a twin with a trundle (can be put together into a full) and a full-sized bed.
Basement Bedroom 1 - Sleeps 8 in 2 twin over full bunks plus 1 full futon.
Basement Bedroom 2 Semi-private - Sleeps 5 (1 twin over full bunk), queen sized bed sleeps 2
Kitchen - Large table with 8 chairs, island with range and 3 stools. Fully equipped with pots, pans and cooking utensils (recommend bringing disposable dinner ware)
Sitting Room - Wood burning fireplace with comfortable furniture.
Living Room - Couch, love seat, chair, TV for use with DVD, pub table with 2 chairs.
Laundry Room - washer, dryer, sink and counter space.
Guests must bring own bedding and towels. Pillows are provided and beds are covered with mattress protectors.

I think I wrote the review by Pat The only things I could add was that the garage room was the greatest after dinner when we played minute to win it with our group of 27. 2013 will be our return to this great place and Dottie. We couldn't say enough . We rented both houses. The ground floor was great for 94 yr old great grandma. Everything was handy for her since there was only one step in the garage to get to the main house. Everything else was on her level:the pool , a potty, and her bed. It was her last wonderful vacation. Thanks Dottie et al. We went to KI for a day, a ball game in Cincy but mostly we played games in and out doors and relaxed and danced by the pool. Patyricious

We came there for a Mother-Daughter family weekend away and had a wonderful time at Storyhill retreat. The listed details were descriptive and the photos portrayed the rental houses features very well. We were sad that the cooler weather did not permit us to enjoy all of the wonderful outside features (pool, etc.), but the house was more than adequate for our group. Our group ate several meals in the converted garage/meeting room and we had plenty of space for serving. The location was far enough away from neighbors that you have plenty of privacy, yet just a few miles away from shopping and restaurants. The property manager, Dottie, was very helpful and went out of her way to accommodate our needs. Several of the guests asked me for the information about booking the retreat for future functions. I would recommend this property to others. Thanks for a great stay.

We recently stayed at Storyhill for a big family vacation. With almost 40 people in our family and ages ranging from 1 to 81, it was difficult to find a place that would accomodate all of us without staying in separate hotel rooms. Then we located Storyhill on the VRBO website. It worked out perfectly for our big family. With two houses and lots of space, we were all able to spread out and yet all still be together. The pool was wonderful. The property is very kid friendly and very family oriented. We found everything to be nice and clean and well maintained. There was a property manager available at any time if we had questions or any little problem. I would highly recommend this home to any big family or group for a nice relaxing vacation.

Both the main house and guest house were beautiful, clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was outstanding and able to accomodate our large group. My only negative is the description lists the guest house with four bedrooms - "Bedroom 4 - Twin over Full bunk, semi-private" and this wasn't the case. There was just a couch. As such we were one bedroom short. We were not offered any reduction in price.

We take an annual family vacation every summer that includes brothers, sisters, kids, grand-kids, neices and nephews. We always manage to find a place that can accommodate all six of our extended families, but there's usually something missing that we wish we could change! Storyhill had it all and was without a doubt the very best vacation spot that met all our needs. We really felt we accomplished our goal of bringing the family together to have a good time! The children were quite entertained and busy all the time and the adults felt relaxed and right at home! The pool and the kitchen saw a lot of action throughout the week! It was so close to civilization, yet so quiet, private and in the "country"! We can't imagine a better place for our next vacation!! Dottie, the property manager was wonderful and any minor issue we had was taken care of immediately! The poperty was well maintained and sitting on the beautiful front porch was a favorite activity for us "old folks"!
