Staying at this townhouse is a delight, richly decorated in a Euro Modern style. Pride of the owners. This unique property is a statement of style. This year round beach gateway is sleek and modern yet has a warm feeling. Home away from home like no other.

Situated in Fort Myers 10 minutes from the Fort Myers Beaches and beautiful Sanibel and Captiva Islands, 30 minutes from the elegant Naples. Close to protected beaches where you can swim with the dolphins and lay with the turtles.

Area is great for Golf, Fishing, Shelling, Dolphins, Sports, Dining Out and simply relaxing.

The property has all you need to have a relaxing holiday. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living area and large kitchen, lanai overlooking the water, community swimming pool, gym, BBQ's. What else do you need?

Fort Myers: Fort Myers is famous for its shelling, fishing, boating, dolphin watching, white sand beaches and the sunsets.

Established in 1886, Fort Myers is the historical and governmental hub of Lee County. It is the gateway to the Southwest Florida region, which is a major tourist destination in Florida. The winter homes of Thomas Edison (Seminole Lodge) and Henry Ford (The Mangoes), which are both primary tourist attractions in the region, are located on McGregor Boulevard in Fort Myers.

It is located about 120 miles (190 km) south of Tampa, 40 miles (65 km) north of Naples, 155 miles (250 km) west of Miami, 204 miles (330 km) south of Orlando, at the meeting point of the Gulf of Mexico and the Caloosahatchee River.

Activities: There are many things to do in the neighborhood. We have maps and coupon booklets in the house.

Other Amenities

This lakeside house is in a gated community, Lucaya, and is newly built and completed this past year. The clubhouse has a big outdoor pool, playing area for the kids, a jacuzzi, 3 big BBQ's, a fully equipped gym, internet room with 2 computers and a kitchen. Centrally located between the beaches and the center of Fort Myers. Their are some great restaurants in the neighborhood. The supermarket, Outlet Mall, Starbucks, video rental etc are all just a couple blocks away. The house has a large living room. There is a flatscreen TV, DVD player, lot of books, and a Stereo with an I pod holder. The lanai has a lounge couch, a place to relax in your hammock, a BBQ and a dinning table that easily seats 6. The kitchen has all you will need and is right next to the nook that overlooks the lake. There is a garage for 1 car and a driveway for another car. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. We stayed there for a short period with a family with two middle-aged kids. The house has all you need (and much more) and give us very comfortable feeling. The main bedroom with her bad room facilities has the exposure of a Honeymoon Suit. The house is clean and well maintained. It is also nice to have your at the Lanai. In the close area there are a lot of things to do. In the house there is many documentation available for new daily ideas. We visit the beaches at Sanibel and Captiva. We hired a boat at Captiva and saw the Manatees and Dolphins. Summarized, it is great house and a very good place to be. We keep some very good memories

we stayed at the lucaya complex for the month of jan/2012.we absolutely loved it. the pics on the computer do not do it justice.the house was amazing with the ceilings to the sky and the decor just perfect. everything you need for your stay is there, even beach towels and chairs and coolers! all the people we met in the complex were very friendly and helpful. the owners of our unit provided so much information on restaurants and things to do in fort myers. one of our favorite places was manatee park. since it was a touch cool when we first arrived we saw alot of manatees. we went there 4 times! i would highly recommend this great property!

If you truly want a vacation where you only have to being your clothes and have time to enjoy all that Ft Myers area offers - this is the place. Lucaya! The owners take pride in their property. The town house is quite lovely and offers the security of a gated community. The pool is amazing and well maintained. You can enjoy a daily walk without leaving the grounds.

Recommended for: Age 55+.

This is a very nice vacation rental it is even nicer than the description, the location is perfect for us, close to the beach, close to other areas of interest. The linens are beautiful, the kitchen is very well supplied with enough good dishes and glassware for everyday and for entertaining. It is well maintained, very clean and very nicely decorated. It is just like home, but with sunshine. We love it there.

The house is beautiful,there is everithing you need. If you want to go to the beach,there are chairs,towels ,and so on............ Comfy beds and a cosy livingroom,two great bathrooms and a big kitchen,with even a real dutch,,kaasschaaf,,!! So if you want to spend a holiday in Fort Myers,go to this vacation home close to the beach.

I really enjoyed every bit of the house and its surrounding. Around the house you see a lot of beautifull exotic palmtrees. The house itself has definitely all you need: Like the owners thought of everything to make life as comfortable as possible. My compliments! The house is also close to great shoppingareas (I've never shopped so much on holidays) and above all: it's close to several beaches. We've also been on the East coast of Florida but we actually preferred the Gulf of Mexico. We also hired a boat to sail with the dolfins. It was so amazing..

I had the pleasure of staying there with a few friends. The house is warm, comfortable, cozy and big enough for the group we were with. The location is very nice. It's close to a few petite beaches and surrounded by plenty golfcourts. For shopping there's also plenty option and I look back on some perfect dinner-out experiences. Especially Blue Sushi, just a few blocks from the house. I definately recommend the house to all my friends and look forward to going back there someday.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency ($) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Additional information about rental rates:

Cleaning cost of $100 are separate and need to be left behind in the property.

Cleaning cost ($100,-) cover normal cleaning and a maximum of 1 laundry. All extra work will be deducted from the security deposit. Season 2013/2014 US$ 2.950,- a month excluding 11% tax. Price includes 75$ on electricity and internet. Extra usage will be charged. Note: Until confirmed rates are subject to change.

A $500 refundable security deposit is required. This will be returned if the house was left behind neatly, in the way it was when you entered the house. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the property, the deposit will not be returned if you do. Also if the gas bill runs beyond normal the extra costs will be deducted from the deposit. We except PayPal.
