We have an opportunity each year for a mini-vacation at the end of September. Tho we've tried other locations, we seem to drift back to Ocean City. In 2011, we found a gem when we rented this property. The owners are in Florida but were very accomodating and easy to contact. As soon as we entered the home, we fell in love with the shore decor. It was immaculate, updated, and we were pleased to find all the comforts of home, even beach chairs! We also were surprised how roomy it was being on the second floor. 6 of us stayed there very comfortably. The early fall weather was beautiful and we were able to view the sunrise and take in the afternoon rays from the rooftop. It was a close walk to the clean, wide beach and a short ride to the boardwalk by car and bike. (The boys also liked the close proximity to the public basketball courts.) We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it other vacationers.

September Vacation

For my wife and I, September afforded a chance to spend some pleasant time at the beach without having to deal with the crowds of summer. This vacation home was very comfortable and served us very well during our stay. The house is located in a great residential area, but it is still only a very short drive to everything Ocean City has to offer. We enjoyed walking and biking through the beautiful areas of Ocean City, NJ. Location is very convenient to Cape May and other beach areas in between. For those who need more action, Atlantic City is just up the road. The beautiful beach is a very short and pleasant walk from this home. This was our first trip to Ocean City, NJ, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Recommended for:Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

Thank you Reilly's for another great vacation. The new carpeting and drapes made this beautiful home even more beautiful. The wifi was a welcomed addition for the kids in keeping up with friends and work. Again, we thoroughly enjoyed out stay and hope we will be able to make it three years in a row in 2012. The owners are very thoughtful in returning your deposit within five days which is a welcomed suprise but then again the same thing happened last year. They make their home feel like your home The home is spotless when you arrive with everything in its place as stated on the website. Highly recommended for families as it is very close to beach but also away from all the other shore activites which make it very quiet. The owners are very pleasant and easy to contact with any questions during your stay.

This house was a wonderful place for our family vacation! Perfect location -- very close to the beach and boardwalk. Great decks (3) to relax on. Both the photos and description are a true representation of the house and all of its amenities. The place was very clean when we arrived.The owner was easy to work with and made us feel right at home. Deposit was quickly returned (less than one week). We would highly recommend this house and will most definitely return ourselves.

Loved the front & back decks! The condo was very open and sunny; comfortable and well equipped. The garage and parking space behind the unit is great when coming off the beach - not to mention parking the car for the evening. The unit was immaculate when we arrived. I especially enjoyed the open dining, cooking and entertaining area. Each room is tastefully decorated and large. The owners are great to work with - as we had a handicapped person with us - and everything went exactly as planned. We had a very relaxing vacation and look forward to more time in Ocean City next year.

This home is so comfortable and very nicely decorated and we had a terrfic vacation. The location is just wonderful and ideal for biking to the boards and so close to the fabulous beach. I would recommend this home to everyone. I love the 26th Beach theme. Really nice!

Perfect Vacation

Flew in from Florida for a week stay at Ocean City with my 11 year old daughter. Perfect location, protected beach (lifeguard), short walk to boardwalk (3 blocks) and easy drive to restaurants. Home was very comfortable with an airy beach feel. Great to have your own parking spot in the back. Very safe neighborhood, we did a lot of walking at night both on the boardwalk and around the neighborhood. I grew up in neighboring town of Ventnor back in '60s and this was nicer. OC is definitely a fun place for families/kids and this condo made it that much more enjoyable. Property and owners exceeded expectations.

Family had marvelous time. Condo was very clean and had all the amenities we required. It was a beautiful place to stay and sooooooooo close to the beack and boardwalk, yet so quiet. We arrived very apprehensive as to what to expect and left very pleased and hoping we can do the same next year. Our deposit was returned to us in full in less than a week with a invitation to come back which was very much appreciated. This family is so nice we have recommended this location to all our friends. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation. Could not have happened without your help and cooperation

Great Vacation Rental in Ocean City

This was our first time renting in Ocean City and we loved it. The house was clean, had everything you needed in it and was so close to the beach. The beach itself is GREAT beach for kids. We have a 4 year old and a 2 year old and they were both able to get in the water without being knocked over by waves. I even forgot mine and my son's sunglasses at the house. The owners were kind enought to send them back to me. We also got our deposit back very quickly. (quicker than any other beach house I have rented). It made our first trip to Ocean City a great one. Highly reccomend this listing!

Our family had a very nice week's stay here in July. Being a block from the beach is very convenient. The home is decorated very nice and has everything you need. We booked our vacation only 30 days before the actual date and had a seamless transaction. Our deposit was received within days after we returned home. Highly recommend this home for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation.

My family of six spent a wonderful week vacation at this beautiful beach house in July.The place was spotless and had everything you need in the kitchen.The flatscreen TV's in every room and the three private decks was great for the kids to spread out. The beach was 1/2 block away,and the boardwalk was two short blocks. We can't say enough how smoothly the transacion went and we received our security deposit back within 5 days of our checkout.(yes, I left the place spotless and was welcomed back next year at same rate as a result !!) Nice owners,nice place,the pictures don't do this place justice on here, but "A+ grade" and we will be back next summer !!
