The large living area with high vaulted ceilings and comfortable seating area allow you to relax, watch tv,listen to your favourite music and enjoy the views through the 12ft glass sliding doors.
The master bedroom with king size bed and tv has views of the private pool/spa and if your not golfing early in the morning enjoy watching the golfers on the green from your bed. Master bathroom has a jet tub, separate shower, as well as double sinks and spacious walk in closet.
The second bedroom with queen size bed has large closet and adjoining bathroom with bath/shower.
The third bedroom is upstairs and has twin beds and adjoining bathroom with bath/shower.
The upstairs den with leather recliner sofa, tv and desk allows you to catch up on the work that cannot be left until later.
The fully equipped kitchen with corian worktops, side by side refrigerator/freezer, ceramic cooker, built in microwave, coffee maker, juicer and everything else you need to keep the hunger at bay.
There is a breakfast table with 4 chairs for casual dining and the more formal dining table seats 6. There is also a table and 6 chairs outside in the lanai which also has an outdoor kitchen, so you can barbecue while enjoying the sunset and the remote controlled retractable awning will keep you in the shade.
This gated community is within walking/biking distance of Coconut Point Mall.(There are 2 bicycles in the 2 car garage for renters use). A short drive away are the Miromar Outlets and Gulf Coast Town Centre. There are numerous great resturants in the area for you to enjoy on those evenings you don't feel like cooking.
After a game of golf why not go to the beach which is just a few miles away and watch the sun set over the Gulf.
A $238.50 golf membership transfer fee and $100 non-refundable application fee, provides you unlmited golf,and membership to the luxurious private golf club. You may use the other facilities at your leisure, including an aquatic driving range, putting green, complete pro shop, fitness centre, tennis courts, bocce court and clubhouse bar and resturant
Electricty costs exceeding $150 dollars per month and $125 exit cleaning fee will be deducted from security deposit.
