This home is located on the lake front with a dock on Big Squam Lake, the location of the 1980's movie, "On Golden Pond". It has all the comforts of home in a rustic very private setting. A private tennis court is available as well as non motorized boats. This house has all the amenities you would need to enjoy a wonderful vacation. There is also an adjacent cabin with three bedrooms, bath and kitchen for overflow or a visiting family of the renters.
The view is breathtaking as it faces the Rattlesnake Mountain range and is located on Harvard Point. The sunset is gorgeous and can be viewed from the front deck of the house or on the dock.
