Located in North Conway Village, (Mount Washington Valley.) you can walk to 7 restaurants and bars or Mount Cranmore for Skiing or Summer Festivals/ Concerts. The crystal clear Saco River offers fly fishing, Swimming and Kayaking and is also only a short walk.
The Cottage is fully equipped with a rustic kitchen, washer & dryer, pellet stove and a gas grill. In addition, it has a spacious dining area with a table for six and two bedrooms. The cottage can accommodate up to six people. One bedroom has a queen size bed. The other bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a full size bed. We have three kayaks and one canoe on site, available to rent. This cottage is located across from the Spruce Moose Lodge at 212 Seavey St.
The Cottage is located between Mt Cranmore Ski area and The Train Station (NORTH CONWAY SCENIC RAILROAD) .in down town North Conway Village. You can walk to all the events in the park. They include MUD FOOTABLL, NUMEROUS FREE CONCERTS, CRAFT / DOG SHOW'S, 4TH OF JULY FIREWORKS and numerous others. There are at least seven bars and restaurants within walking distance. The crystal clear Saco River at FIRST BRIDGE RECREATION AREA, is also within walking distance. You can bring your chair and watch the kayaks and canoe's travel down river all day. Its also perfect for swimming. We are a short drive to STORY LAND, MOUNT WASHINGTON AUTO ROAD OR COG RAILWAY.
. My wife and I live two houses over. We also have friends who own the Spruce Moose Lodge across the street.

We had a great stay with our dog, the home is more spacious than it appears and very comfortable. Easy to walk downtown for shopping and eating. We would defintely stay again!

My husband and I stayed in the cabin with our 2 dogs for a week at the end of September. It was the perfect balance between cozy privacy and proximity to all types of attractions and activities. The cabin is very comfortable, and it was easy to feel at home right from the start. Dede is a great source of information on local activities, and Doug and Dennise are available to answer questions as well. It is walking distance from the main street of North Conway, which has a number of shops and restaurants as well as the North Conway Scenic Railway. You can also walk or drive to the Cranmore Mountain Resort. The area around the cabin is also great for running - tons of beautiful scenery and the roads all have wide dirt paths, sidewalks, or paved breakdown lanes so you don't have to run in the road. Within a very short drive (or a long walk) are numerous walking and hiking trails (Kearsarge North is a must - the view from the fire tower at the top is fantastic) as well as the outlet mall, grocery store, movie theater, and tons of other restaurants. We had a wonderful and relaxing week, and the beautiful weather didn't hurt!

The listing for this cottage says it all! It is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. It is the perfect location for any time of year. Skiing and winter activities right around the corner at beautiful Cranmore Mountain. Any time of year, a stroll right down to Main St, offers restaurants, gift shops and the infamous "Zeb's" country store, NOT to be missed. Train rides offer a fun form entertainment for all ages on the Scenic North Conway Railroad. Need advice on what to do or have any questions at all about the cottage or the area, owners Doug and Dennise are always available by phone. We have rented a few times through "Homes Away" and have by far found these two owners to be the most helpful and friendly. You won't be sorry you rent here, we will be back again and again.

My husband and I and our dog stayed here for a week in July. We were so comfortable and the neighbors and neighborhood were delightful. The only thing we could have wished for was a fenced area for the pup.

We LOVED the cottage! E-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-ng was just perfect from the very first moment: the cottage was very clean and inviting, lots of space and windows, beautiful dining area, full kitchen, washer & dryer, HDTV, High speed internet, advanced gas grill, family games and much much more! Great location: walking distance to the specious Main street with major activities, restaurants and just fun. 5 minutes drive to the fantastic Echo Lake Park where we spent most of our time swimming, kayaking and just enjoying the beauty of Nature! Special Thank You to the Owners for thier great attitude and perfect organization! We definitely recommend the Cottage to others and will be happy to return!

Both Doug and Dede greeted us upon our arrival, letting us know that they were around if we had any questions. The cottage is very clean, spacious and fully equipped -- from towels and blankets to utensils and pots and pans. There is a nice area in front with a modern BBQ and another nice patio area with a table and chairs, surrounded by mature trees. Only a 10 minute walk to the Main Street but it felt like we were in a remote wooded area. Very quaint, cozy and charming. I highly recommend it!

Clean, spacious and nicely decorated!!! The location of this cottage is PERFECT for sightseeing, shopping and hiking. My children are already asking me when we can go back!
