"Little Ms. Sunshine" is a dazzling, inviting, and well maintained home that has all the comfort, conveniences, and relaxing needs for you to enjoy your vacation. "Little Ms Sunshine" is in walking distance from the Ocean or the Sound. There is private beach access for this home with a parking pass for the ABIA sand parking lot if you are planning to spend the day at the beach or walk to the Ocean, only .3 miles(about 20 homes)! My beach cottage is near public boat ramp/dock at the sound and the Avalon fishing pier at end of street towards beach. "Little Ms. Sunshine" has comfortable décor and all the furnishings so that this can be your home away from home. All you have to do is get HERE!
Come relax on the front porch with 2 Adirondack chairs to enjoy the summer breezes and sunsets, a screened patio w/picnic table to feast on some local crabs, a side deck w/charcoal BBQ and outdoor patio table for grilling w/family or friends. 2 Bikes to ride along the Sound (.5 miles from home). There is a new paved path along the Sound (1 mile from home), where you can run, walk, or bring your bikes to ride safely along the path. There are also a number of other paved paths going towards Wright Memorial and along the beach road!
This cute home has central AC & Heat, full size washer/dryer for your convenience, as well as an hot/cold fully enclosed outside shower. My home has two bedrooms, both with queen beds tastefully decorated. The open and airy kitchen is fully equipped so you feel like you’re at home, has pantry, and a center island that has 2 stools. There is a wide open living and dining room, off the kitchen, which leaves plenty of room for watching TV, playing board games/cards, doing puzzles, reading, and enjoying each other’s company. FREE WiFi if you need to make this a "working" vacation.

The house was clean and extremely well maintained. We loved our stay there. The owner of the house was very friendly and easy to deal with! I would definitly recommend this place to anyone interested in visiting the outerbanks! The screened in porch was great due to all the bugs that come out at night. The house was just the right size and we would love to go back!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children.

We very much enjoyed our stay at "Little Ms. Sunshine." We found it to be exactly as described. It is in a great location--close to both the beach and the sound--and it is in very nice condition. All in all, we had a great experience renting the property.
