This Efficiency unit is Beautifully Decorated. It has a Ding bed and a Twin sleeper. There is a TV and DVD for your entertainment and Kitchenette with Refrigerator and a Microwave for your convenience. It is a minute to the beach, with views of the gulf and or the bay from the unit. We have two efficiency units here, unit 6701 Luau and 6710 Luau. For the price, you can't beat it and be in the Sandestin Resort. The Luau Tower is a brand new building with spectacular views, fitness center, tropical pool paradise, game room and a very short walk to the beach. Gourmet dining, health spa and world-class shopping are only a short stroll away in Baytowne Wharf.
Sandestin Resort is located seven miles east of the heart of Destin. There is nothing like it on the Panhandle. It has four championship golf courses, biking trails throughout, many shops and restaurants including the new Baytowne Wharf shopping area overlooking the bay, the Hilton Hotel, and much more.
