Luxurious queen master bed, pull-out queen sleeper sofa, and two long (six foot) bunks provide comfortable sleeping for six. Ultra-clean with no smoking and no pets.
Very close to beach and pool (150 yards) via walkway over dunes. No other buildings in front of this building.

Why the Owner Chose Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort
Great value and great view. We often take a weekend at the villa in the off-season for ourselves to relax on the ocean away from our full-time home.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
Close to Island center and everything you need. Off main highway so it's quiet. Folly Field is a great family beach and affords lots of walking space both directions from the villa. The beach is semi-protected by a long sandbar (channel) in the ocean about a mile out. This keeps the beach safe for children and a shallow fall-off at the wave line which isn't dangerous. Lots of shallow tidal pools to play in and lots of space for frisbee, bocce, horseshoes, or just running around.

I was looking for a good value to send my nephew and his new bride on a honeymoon. Young couple and it was my gift to them. I connected with the property owner and Richard made everything easy to arrange. My nephew and his bride (Brandon and Brittany) sent me beautiful photos every day of sunsets, the beach, sand dunes, little animals, the walkways - they had a blast!! THANK YOU SO MUCH, RIC!!! You helped make a dream come true and a honeymoon for a couple that otherwise wouldn't have had one. They said the villa was extremely nice and they enjoyed looking out at the beach from the deck. Now I'm jealous and I want to go!!! BEST VALUE IS A TRUE STATEMENT!

Description of "Best Value" was dead on. We (including a 5 year old) had a great time. Great beach and pool. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. Photos and description are very accurate. Can't beat the price for the location. Would definitely recommend for a small family with children.

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful time staying in this villa. It was immaculate! The decorations and furnishings were very tasteful and comfortable. Access to the beach and the view were great! We really enjoyed eating at The Old Oyster Factory, Crazy Crab, and Roastfish and Cornbread (this one was new for us). We would definitely recommend this property to anyone!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+.

We had a lovely stay at this condo! The location was wonderful - just a pleasant quick walk to the beach. It was even nice when it rained - just sitting on the deck drinking a glass of wine and watching the drama play out over the ocean!
