Peaceful and simple two-story, two-bedroom condo with front patio facing the on-site tennis court and swimming pool.
Downstairs, you'll find a full kitchen with an eat-in area as well as a dining room. Go ahead and store your golf clubs in the hall closet. A sleeper sofa in the living room sleeps two. Bring some DVDs to watch in case you decide to pop some popcorn and stay in for the evening!
Make your way up the stairs, admiring our new chandelier hanging from the ceiling, and enter into the first bedroom on the right. This is the master bedroom housing a king-size bed with a brand-new mattress and a large closet in case you decide to stay for a month! Attached is the bathroom with a shower/bath and a few amenities (ie, hair dryer) in case you forget something at home. And, yes, we know the lamps are huge!
Continue on down the hall to the second bedroom, also providing a king-size bed (brand-new mattress) and another large closet. The room also has a bathroom attached and is similar to the master bathroom.
Enjoy some time relaxing in the hot tub (next to the pool) and drinking a glass of wine, while admiring the beautiful mountain view. Take a dip in the pool to chill out after an intense game of tennis, or work on your tan while reading a book by the pool.
We are located 5 minutes from the main shopping area on Palm Canyon Drive and about 20 minutes from Desert Hills Premium Outlets. Grab a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants offered in Palm Springs and then head off to the Plaza Resort & Spa for a massage or a facial. Or if you don't feel like getting in your car, walk down to the Palm Canyon Resort & Spa - it's right around the corner! Take the opportunity to explore the nightlife as well - whether it be taking a chance at the Spa Resort Casino or just catching a movie at the theatre.
There are plenty of activities to do in the surrounding area, including horseback riding, renting ATVs, hiking, taking a hot air balloon ride, and antiquing. Whatever your interests are, you'll discover them here...and perhaps a bit more!
