This spacious and bright Squaw Valley home is in a convenient location, the ski shuttle is half a block away from the house and it is only 1 mile to the ski lifts & village. It's located across the street from a beautiful walking/bike path that runs all the way from the Village at Squaw, along the Truckee River to Tahoe City and down along the west shore of Lake Tahoe. The main house features a large family room with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that look out over the meadow and the mountains beyond, including KT-22 and Squaw Creek ski runs. There is a wood-burning fireplace and large front deck. You can relax after a day on the mountain in the hot tub. There is a fully equipped kitchen adjacent to a spacious family room, the house provides entertaining space for all to enjoy. The house features: High-Speed Wireless Internet, TV, DVD player, Washer/Dryer, foosball table and a piano. The resort at Squaw Creek offers a spa workout facility which is available with any paid service. The main house features 4 BR/3 BA and there is also a lovely 1 BR/1 BA apartment with a large kitchenette, living room, and loft space.

Great home for a family gathering

We rented this house and apartment for the four days surrounding our daughter's wedding and it was perfect. We had about 10 family members staying and everyone loved it. The shared living areas are comfortable and sunny and the bedrooms are spread out enough to offer some privacy and quiet space when needed. The main kitchen is well equipped enough that we were able to cook dinner for 16 with only a few rental items needed. The apartment is perfect for a couple with kids, or anyone who wants a little more privacy from the rest - totally separate entrance and very spacious and well equipped. The location is awesome - bike path across the street, lovely walk into Squaw Village, beautiful views of the valley. There are a few things that could use an upgrade, but for the price, we had no complaints. The owners were very nice to deal with, very responsive and easy to work with, no problems at all. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed here for the week of my wedding and had an incredible time. I would highly recommend renting out this amazing vacation home. It is extremely spacious and has all kinds of perks. For example, there is a separate 1 bedroom apt, hot tub, sauna and a huge deck with views of the valley. The photos and description are accurate in the listing description. The property was clean and well-maintained. The owner was very easy to get a hold of and super friendly and helpful. One of the best things about the property is the location. It is on the main road headed to Squaw Valley village where you can find all kinds of shops, restaurants, bars and of course unlimited outdoor fun. I would also like to mention that it is the best value you are going to find in the Tahoe basin.
