My friends and I pick a location every year and all fly in to meet up for a week and catch up. This year, it was Venice Beach. Being from California, I was the one who did all the research/booking of our accommodations for our little adventure, and after MUCH research, decided to go with this property. The listing seemed great, the price was certainly right (especially compared to hotels in the area) so I started the process to book. From start to finish I was thoroughly impressed with the service I got from GHC. They were quick to respond to my emails, answered all of my questions, and had a rental agreement all drawn up and ready to go within 2 days. When I got there to check in, Christina was there to meet me with the windows open, breeze blowing through, and even had soundscapes playing on the tv. (it's the little things that get me) The unit was every bit as beautiful as the pictures show, and boy were the beds comfortable!! My friends arrived and we had a wonderful week in this beautiful property. We walked to the beach, walked to Abbot Kinney, and even the grocery store and pharmacy were just a couple short blocks away. The location was perfect, the property was great, and the staff was so quick to respond with any of our calls/questions. I will definitely be booking with this company again, and would recommend any of my friends or family do the same. Thank you everyone at GHC for a wonderful experience.

Very nice and quiet home. Well located. Not so close to the beach but very close to a very nice resto and shop area.
