Location: This newly refurbished condo sits between Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons, home of the primo ski areas of Alta, Snowbird, Solitude and Brighton and all are only 15 to twenty minutes away. There is a park and ride lot directly across the street from the complex, if you would prefer to leave the driving to the Utah Transit Authority (UTA). The other side of the mountains offers Canyons, Park City, and exclusive Deer Valley in only thirty-five minutes.

Cottonwood Heights is one of the up and coming suburbs in the country and is home to fine dining experiences of all persuasions. Additionally, downtown access is easy, shopping at Nordstrom’s and other upscale retail stores is mere minutes away in Murray.

There is a public park next door to the Oaks for walking, jogging and other park friendly activities. While many think of Utah for skiing, it is also a summer playground with marvelous municipal golf courses, miles upon miles of hiking trails, mountain biking, fishing, tennis, and National Park exploration.

Designed by a professional who paid attention to every detail for comfort as well as aesthetic appeal perfected the décor for this condo. The furnishings along with original art heighten the experience and create the ambiance of elegance throughout this one of a kind home away from home. The photo gallery will bear testimony to the luxury of this totally refurbished condominium, which awaits your visit.

Upon arrival, a two-car garage awaits you. Racks for skis, poles and boards are provided as well as a changing bench for snowy boots and muddy shoes.

As you enter the condo you are greeted by a stainless steel Bosch kitchen with every amenity: gas cook top, convection over, microwave, side by side refrigerator, and every conceivable kitchen tool, pot and pan. An island with double sinks, Insinkerator, dishwasher, and bar stools join exotic tiger wood flooring, cherry cabinetry, and black granite countertops to create a dramatic effect.

The dining room seats 10 comfortably with a wine rack tucked away in a cubbyhole and French doors leading to a small patio with a newly installed hot tub.

The living room has a high vaulted ceiling, sectional leather seating, flat screen TV and DVD, IPod connector and speakers, and a gas log fireplace. The entire main level is epitomized by flow through the kitchen into the dining room and onto the living room and entry hallway.

Moving up to the upper level, there are three bedrooms each with flat screen TVs. The master suite has a walk in closet with a small desk for computer work. The king size bed is nicely appointed with lush pillows and comforter and there is a seating area with recliner chairs for TV watching or quiet reading. The master bath has double sinks, a jetted tub, and a separate shower. The second bedroom also has a seating area and a queen size bed. The smallest of the bedrooms is still quite comfy with a queen size bed and spacious closet. Additionally on the second floor is a new energy efficient washer dryer with ironing board and iron. The upstairs bath has a full counter top with double sinks and shower/tub combination.

The lower level features a newly constructed family room and bedroom suite with a queen size bed and flat screen TV. The over sized bathroom has a jetted tub/shower combination. Even the window wells have been given TLC for the visual look of slate. Of course, being a family room, there is a flat screen TV with DVD as well as a club table with four leather chairs.

The condo has Qwest wireless DSL Internet connection and unlimited free long distance for calls within the USA.

  • Just recently remodeled and complete with new electronics and appliances. Beautiful and fully functional. Party of 4 couples had perfect privacy and comfort. Ideal proximity to Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, Brighton, and Park City, Canyons, Deer Valley are also not far. No negatives, all POSITIVES!

  • This is the most elegant, beautiful condo in which I have stayed. I have been skiing since 1977, so I have stayed in many condos over the years. The bedroom arrangement, with a separate downstairs suite makes for privacy for more than one couple. The beautiful kitchen is a joy to see and to work in. The art is soothing and beautiful to look at. All in all, it is a beautiful, roomy, well appointed place that is very convenient to all the ski areas, as well as shopping and restaurants.   • This place is WONDERFUL! We stayed for a few days this winter. It is so convienent to Snowbird,Alta,Solitude,and Brighton. It's also only 30 min from Park City It is so lovely, with upgraded bathrooms, and a great kitchen area. It's very comfortable layout for groups. We stayed there with three other couples. All of us felt that it is one of the nicest places we have stayed. It's close to the slopes as well as all the dining and nightlife SLC has to offer. We look forward to staying there for our future Utah ski vacations. It makes the trip perfect!
