The house is approximately 4,000 square feet and is located on just less than 3 acres of land within close proximity to Downtown McCall, Payette Lake and surrounding resort areas. The home is located in the Care Free subdivision which is located in the prairie lands at the base of Jug Handle Mountain and in centrally located to all outstanding McCall activity areas. The home has incredible mountain views from each room and a huge landscaped back yard that is perfect for kids and outdoor activities.
The home was built in 2006 and was designed for entertaining with a large gourmet kitchen area connected to a large living room area with 30 foot ceilings. The home has a front deck and back deck which is perfect for barbecuing and just relaxing. Our home is simply one of the best family and group entertainment homes in all of McCall. The home is located close to downtown McCall yet we still have tons of privacy due to our large 3 acre parcel. The mountain and surrounding prairie views are second to none. We are centrally located to all major resorts, golf courses and lake.
