Separate toddler pool, a Whirlpool spa, Tennis court, Basketball court, Sand volleyball court.

Also, included is a 58 Seat, state of the art Cinema, Video/ Arcade room, Pool table, Tennis table, Children's play area. "Movie rentals", A convenience store, Business Facility. The Clubhouse is within walking distance of our home.

  • Pamela, It was a pleasure working with you in renting your lovely home which was so close to the theme parks. Since this was a two family gathering, the divided room for grandma and grandpa on once side and the three bedrooms on the other side were perfect. There was plenty of space and the home was clean. We enjoyed the pool on those hot days, put the screen and umbrella provided shade for us and our guest. The security was nice, but still allowed us to have guest stop by to visit. The club house was a perfect distance and so glad they had fresh coffee every morning by 8am. Again thank you for letting us stay in your home. Even thought we have family in Kissimmee, it's always nice to have your own place to relax and enjoy. Ivonne and Steven, Colorado

  • Thanks so much for allowing us to rent your \lovely home. It was very close to Disney and a very easy commute and nice being so close to a Super Target for groceries and supplies. Your proximity to the Club House in your development was nice as well-- an easy walk for the kids and Grammy! We had a perfect week!
