Ariel Dunes II offers many unique qualities that are Destin, FL. This 24 story high-rise is among the newest in Destin. Built in 2007 the complex of Ariel Dunes I & II is extremely inviting, relaxing and a whole lot of fun. We look forward to extending the luxuries that our condominium has to offer, and have no doubts that it will truly become your "home away from home." We have a total of three (two bedroom/two bathroom) units in Ariel Dunes II. One of our units, located on the 12th floor, has an additional bunkroom and adjoins one of the other two bedroom units. The other two bedroom unit is located on the 9th floor. You can enjoy one of the largest, best tasting burgers you will ever experience and wash it down with an ice cold beverage, from the bar if you wish...at the on-site Cabana Cafe. After lunch you might want to work off your lunch with a nice, long, invigorating... nap on the beach. After your nap you will need to re-energize with an intense workout in the state-of-the-art fitness center located right here at Ariel Dunes. This might seem like a "stretch" but it is everyday life here at the beach.
Ariel Dunes II is located in the Seascape Resort and Golf Club. Its location allows you easy access to the 2000 feet of pristine white beach and all of the golf, dining and relaxing you can handle. It is also in close proximity to the outlet malls and boutiques, for the ladies... Sandestin golf and beach resort is right down the road and offers the Village of Baytowne Wharf, a must see eclectic location and home of the Marlin Grill...Our favorite...

Ariel Dunes I and II are great... My wife and I enjoy the elegance of the high-rise, all the comforts of home, the proximity to the beach, and the Cabana Cafe (a full service restaurant and bar). We are unable to live in sunny Destin, FL and want to extend the opportunity for you to enjoy the many unique benefits that the property has to offer.

My family went to Destin 7/3/11-7/9/11 and it was awesome!!! The condo was exactly what we wanted...clean, quiet, great location, and the view from the balcony was amazing. We definitely will rent from Jason again.

We spent 3 nights in Ariel Dunes II unit 907. It was very comfortable and the decor was pleasant. We had everything we needed; it was just like a home away from home. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and extra blankets were provided. The kitchen was well stocked. The view from the living room and master bedroom was great! We enjoyed our stay very much and we would recommend this unit to our friends or family.
