Nice big farm house on 45 acres along creek below Bear Butte National Monument. Peaceful location close to town and great for gatherings. Big commercial kitchen for easy cooking for mass people with utensils included. A nice reception hall in the back great for weddings and family reunions. Very nice bathrooms both male and female with 10 showers in both bathrooms.
Close to all outdoor activities in the Black Hills. Located right at the foot of the Black Hills with numerous wildlife and a nice creek with swimming available. Perfect location for peace and quite, wildlife viewing, ATVing, snowmobiling, hiking at Bear Butte Nation Monument (2 minutes away) and snowboarding and skiing.
Has 35 cabins and 64 full hookup RV spots if needed for reunions and weddings. Great spot for RELAXING. RENT JUST THE HOUSE OR THE WHOLE PLACE.
