The beauty of Woodhaven Country Club is the range of choices you have. If you are looking for relaxation, peace and tranquility, you will find it here. If it's a more active lifestyle you're after, Woodhaven has an 18 hole golf course with driving range and practice greens, 8 tennis courts (4 lighted), four swimming pools with jacuzzis, and a beautiful clubhouse consisting of a pro shop, locker rooms, saunas, fitness room, racquetball, and a restaurant/bar/snack shop.
You can also enjoy a 1-1/2 mile "traffic free" walk or bide ride around the complex. Woodhaven Country Club is located just minutes away from the Indian Wells Tennis Center, spectacular shopping, an enormous number of great restaurants, and entertainment. There are a number of casinos a short distance away.
Our condo is located in the middle of the 7th fairway. It features two master bedrooms, one upstairs with a king size bed, two large closets, and a bathroom with double sinks and a walk in shower. There is also a master bedroom downstairs with a queen sized bed, a walk in closet, large vanity with sink and a tub/shower combo. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and chest of drawers, with a bathroom across the hall with a tub/shower combo.
We have just recently installed brand new carpet throughout and replaced all the rooms with new furniture! All bedrooms have their own TV's, with a 32" flat screen in the upstairs master. The dining room has seating for ten. The living room is furnished with Italian leather sofa and loveseat, 42" flat screen TV, gas fireplace and wetbar. The whole living area has a beautiful view overlooking a covered patio and the golf course with the mountains in the background. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to make you feel right at home. There is a washer/dryer located inside the condo.
You'll find you will spend a lot of time on the back patio! It's a great spot to read the paper in the morning, admiring the local wildlife, or enjoying the golfers working at their game during the day. The evenings are great for relaxing, bar-b-queing, dining, or just enjoying the sunset. We also have two bicycles for your enjoyment.
