Enjoy our lovely vacation home on Okaloosa Island. Newly remodelled in light and bright pastels, flat screen TV's, and king memory foam mattress,etc. The sugar white beach and emerald green water are just out the back door.
Watch the dolphins in the morning and the sunset in the evening from the private balcony. There is a gas grill for cookouts, and we have beach chairs, umbrellas and floats for fun on the beach. The Pier and Boardwalk are an easy walk down the beach.
Villas Capri is located between the Surf Dweller Condominiums and the Holiday Inn Sunspree Resort on Okaloosa Island, off of Santa Rosa Boulevard at: 556 Coral Court, Fort Walton Beach, FL.

We loved our stay in Villas Capri. The view was spectacular, right on the beach. The condo was very clean and had all amenities you will need including flat panel tv's! We recommend to anyone!

Enjoyed a relaxing vacation in a clean & beautifully decorated condo. Great view from the balcony, breakfast watching the dolphins, peaceful and quiet surroundings even though the building seemed to be completely occupied. Easy access to the beach with beach chairs and umbrellas provided. Problem with AC upon arrival but was quickly repaired by owner. Thanks for sharing your great condo.

Just finished a week in unit on 3rd floor here. Location was fantastic-really is right on the beach. Each morning waking up to the view and sound of the beach was well worth the cost. Outside of the building could definitely use some work but inside unit was very nice. One thing should be noted-there is no elevator so expect to carry your luggage etc up a few flights of stairs. Had a problem with the cable, internet and telephone service all of which were bundled up together with the local provider company. Unit management company, however, were quite responsive and tried to rectify the intermittent internet outage immediately. Compensated us for loss of services and we had dinner and a movie on them which was a nice touch. If you are like me-you read the reviews carefully and I can truthfully say that I will rent again from them without hesitation.Photos were right on target and all dishes, linen etc provided-great coffee maker and microwave everything you need. Plenty of linen and I loved the keyless entry-had a great time.

We had a great stay at this condo! It was clean, comfortable, and of course the beaches were beautiful. Beach chairs and an umbrella were an added convenience! Location was great. Beaches were not too crowded. Can walk down beach to Ft. Walton Beach boardwalk with many restaurants and bars. Thanks for the great service and attention. We hope to be back!

We had a great and relaxing time!!! Even the stormy weather couldn't dampen our time, we just watched the storm roll in from the ocean. Walks on the beach, great dining, awesome shopping and cocktails who could ask for more? We even brought our shih-tzu with us and honestly I think she enjoyed the balcony as much as we did...also, ummm sorry but with the colors of the outside of the building even if you had one too many cocktails and took a walk on the beach you certainly wouldn't miss or pass Villas Capris by :-) We had a super time and would definitely go back or recommend it to friends/family. Thank you for the hospitality.

This was one of the most refreshing & relaxing vacations I have had. This condo is a great fit for 1-2 people. The view is awesome! The ocean is your playground. You only have to walk a few feet to the beautiful beach. The decor is very tasteful & modern, the king size bed is very comfortable, & the 2 new flat screen HDTVs are an added bonus. The complex may be deceiving from the outside, but the inside is great. I have stayed at big mega complexes on Okaloosa Island, but this has to be one of my favorites! I will definitely stay here time and time again!!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+.

Cannot beat the view from this unit. Nice and private complex without the loudness of the mega buildings, but with many of the benefits. It's literally a walk down the stairs and a walk around the back of the building and your on the beach. From the unit, you have quick access to the main drag to Destin or back into Ft. Walton. Great place to stay, especially for the comparable cost.

I've stayed in this unit twice and loved it both times. The building is older and could use new paint but for the price this is a great, clean place to stay.

I just checked out of Unit 10 this morning and I'm already looking at booking another stay. Everything was absolutely perfect, from the furnishings to the location, to the special touches that made me feel right at home. I can't wait to come back.
