The Watercrest resort has a large pool (heated seasonally), hot tub, kiddie pool, sunning decks all overlooking the gulf, these were all just renovated in 2010 including new surfaces for the lighted tennis courts, and shuffle board. Along with racquetball, men's and women's fitness centers, steam rooms, and a club house. Just 1. 5 miles from Capt. Anderson’s Restaurant and Marina.

While I love PCB, I would NEVER rent this condo again. ALL the beds were hard as rocks and like sleeping on ply board. The stove has old coil burners, the cookware was cheap and hard to cook with. I have been to many condos where there are many spices left to cook with - this one didn't even have salt and pepper. It did come with one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom but not even one extra roll. There was also not even one extra trash bag - these things are matters of convenience but nice to know, at least in my opinion. The air conditioner quit working during the night and had to call maintenance to fix with no apologies (no we did not leave the doors open to cause the problem). There is some beach chair rental place that monopolizes the beachfront so IF you want to sit your chair in or close to the water and not pay $40 a day for chair rentals you will have to set your chairs out at about 7:00 a.m. to either side of the chair rentals - which are in front of the whole condo. Also, you can't check in at the condo - you have to check in at an office that is at least 20-25 minutes from the condo. While it does give the address of the office location on the rental agreement, it is not made clear that this is at a DIFFERENT location than the condo itself. That being said the pool and hot tub were nice and the pics accurately reflect appearance. The listing is pretty accurate regarding location - this unit is at the far end of the beach, opposite of pier park, not really in the mainstream area of activity. We did make the best of it and had a good time while there but again - I would never rent this unit again.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0
