Charming studio in an elegant building in the 8th arrondissement, in the famous Triangle d’Or, a prestigious area two steps away from the Avenue des Champs Elysées, considered the most beautiful avenue of the world. At the top of the Avenue you will find the Arc de Triomphe monument. All the big firms are present on the Champs, such as Gap, Sephora, Louis Vuitton, Virgin Megastore, Renault, etc. Immediately behind the Avenue, small and chic streets will entice you with their choice of very select bars and restaurants.
The Champs Elysées, Eiffel Tower and Seine River are all within walking distance of the apartment. Views over typical Parisian rooftops. On the 6th floor, with ELEVATOR up to the 5th, followed by one flight of stairs. The apartment is fully equipped with Wifi Internet, cable TV, washing and drying machine, multifunction microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, double bed (that can be made into twins). Sheets and towels are provided.

Absolutely wonderful location and great, economical place to stay. My wife, daughter and I stayed in this cozy apartment about 2 blocks off of the Champs Elysees. The landlord was incredibly helpful and wanted to make sure that everything was great. Incredibly friendly owner. Best location you could ask for all for a great price. Nothing bad to say about the place. Fairly small, but again - are you in Paris to sleep 15 hours a day or to visit the sites? Absolutely perfect place. Would stay at this place again in a heartbeat.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, tourists without a car.

Dear Patri and Brigitte, My daughter and I so enjoyed our stay in your tres chic flat. It was just as described and more and the location could not have been better as we could walk out the door and eat and shop and see all the famous Parisian sights. It was super safe and clean and we felt comfortable knowing that we could contact you or Brigette for advice or help at any time before, during, and after our stay. Dear Patri, your studio apartment was the perfect place to stay. My husband and I felt more like a locals than tourists - it gave us a real Parisian experience. I stayed at the apartment for a week me and my husband,It's beautiful and neat.It's close to everything.The Eiffel tower,the metro and the champs Elysees is like a 10mns walk,never had to take a cab. The area is beautiful and safe ,the prime of Paris.There's a groceries store like a block from the flat so we could get our wine and beer, nice Italian restaurant next door and a french restaurant across the street(Chez andre). Patri was very sweet and helpful, showed us how to get to metro..etc. Brigitte live across the hall from us and was super nice and friendly.We had such a wonderful time there and the price is unbelievable. We will definetly stay there again. Thanks again Patri and Brigitte

My wife and I stayed here for the first half of our Honeymoon in Paris and London and we could not have been happier! The location is perfect, the apartment clean and modern, and it made a perfect place to come home to at the end of the day. We would definitely rent this apartment again!

Parisian sized and perfect! Great upscale location on the top floor with everything nearby. Inside of apartment was immaculate and had everything one could want. Patri was very helpful and cheery.

We stayed for 8 nights in October, and it was perfect. Clean, efficient, quiet, small - but definitely enough space for 2. Bed was extremely comfortable for my bad back. A great location - metro station central to all the sights, or 2 stops from transfers. Thanks Bridgitte & Patri - will most definitely see you the next time!

The apartment was not large, but had everything my daughter and I needed. THe location was exceptional, we walked to all the major attractions and the apartment is also in the proximity of many cafes and restaurants!WE greatly enjoyed our stay and found everyone most willing to help us with any queries. WOuld definitely stay again!

We stayed in this apartment while we were in Paris and the location was great - minutes from the Champs Elysees and walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Small but fine for two people. Brigitte, across the hall, was very helpful. We would stay here again the next time we visit Paris!
