The apartment, 55 square meters, two separate rooms, equipped with kitchen und bathroom, is situated in a very calm area around 500 m away from the pulsating heart of Berlin at the famous Alexanderplatz.
All touristic attractions in walking distance, on one hand you have the restaurants, bars, cinemas and museums in Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg and on the other the crazy nightlife in Friedrichshain and Kreuzberg with all their beach bars and clubs.
The flat has two separate sleeping rooms. One room is a classic sleeping room and the other is equipped with a very comfortable sleeping couch and TV.
The kitchen is completely equipped and the plain white bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. Everything is completely modernized and new.
You life in the center of Berlin with a perfect connection of metro, taxi and train stations. The apartment is in the second floor (elevator available), all windows situated to the sunny Southside and the fountain.
