  My wife and I stayed at this property again last weekend. Last fall, we stayed here a couple of times. The owners do a great job of maintaining the place and I love how you feel like there's no one around as you pull up to the house. The decor is modern--in a good way. You are definitely in the country (great view from sleeping loft out the giant windows in the great room), but with all the comforts of home. There is a fire pit in front that the owners build themselves (beautiful!). Nothing better than relaxing around the fire after a long day of fishing in and around the Roscoe area. We will definitely stay here again.

  We rented this house 2 times already and we really like it it's perfect for family with kids (we have 3 young children as it's very private, safe, quiet and offer a large space for the kids to run and play. Living room offers a great space for family time and the "kids" bedroom is a great play area in case of rain We really enjoyed the woods and green fields as well as the wild fruit picking. We definitely recommend this place and will surely rent it again And the owners are very welcoming and friendly.

  This house is the perfect escape. We woke to birdsong and sunshine every morning and fell asleep under the light of a million stars every night. The lot included beautiful, lush forest lined with raspberry bushes and wild flowers, bunny rabbits and wild turkey scurrying about, and an abundance of peace and quiet. The capacious living space also provided a great setting for games, socializing, and hearty meals at night with friends. It was our first time in the area, but after just a few days of exploring, my friends and I hope to be back very soon.

  We easily drove from Manhattan and we arrived to this gorgeous place in the green, with fresh air and beautiful surrounding. The house is amazing, the owners did a magnificent job on it. It's spacious, well furnished, with an exquisite taste and it's extremely comfortable. We recommend this place also for families with kids. Children of any age would love the large space available in the middle of the nature, or walking nearby to collect wild berries. Adults will have great relaxation and fun in the sun. Lastly, we thank the two owners to be two terrific hosts and for letting us enjoy this nice place.

  Thank you very much, we had a wonderful time! The house was very nice, clean and with all the comforts (washing machine, washer and dryer) immersed in the luscious green fields and trees. My kids (6 and 3 years old) were extremely happy and could run and laugh out loud that nobody would even hear them! The place is very private but only 5 min by car to the main necessities. We definitely would recommend it to all our friends who love nature.
