35 Water Oak sits in Palmetto Dunes which is located in the center of Hilton Head Island. Long, pristine beaches and winding lagoons and golf courses frame this tranquil hideaway. Play golf and tennis less than 5 minutes from your door, rent a kayak or walk on the beach. There are more restaurants than you will have time to visit. Restaurants range from kid friendly and modestly priced, to gourmet seafood and steak houses.
If you prefer to stay home or grill out after a dip in the pool, we have you covered. The pool is 20 feet from the back door. It has a shallow end for kids and is large enough for a few laps.
Inside, nearly every amenity has been provided. Two full size beds and a sofa pull out upstairs allow for a quiet area that sleeps 5. The large master bedroom on the first floor has a king-sized bed.

Cant say enough great things about the home. Location is perfect for everything. Convenient access to pool, great to ride bikes, easily ride to beach on bikes, clean and comfortable. The whole family loved it.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
